It was a great day with my friends. This place is very big and very beautiful.

The rides were great but the staff not so much. The lifeguards did not pay attention to the pool at all and spent their time talking to one another instead of keeping everyone safe. Also all of the staff members tested their customers very rudely and they were always rushing everyone.

This is a rediculous pool. I would have given a zero if there was one.There are no rules and they do not allow kids with swimming nappies are not allowed(Pampers) and Burkini and tshirts are not allowed in the pool. What sort of an Islamic Country is this. Not good. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Babies and toddlers swimming without nappies and please imagine the hygenie level if kids are going without swimming nappies. Dr Nilam Sultan

The main advantage is that it can be experienced with all the family (ladies and gentlemen) at the same time. There is a separate part for ladies and another one for gentlemen. Furthermore the discount on buying the ticket by the internet is very good (about 30%).

Good variety of rides. The children's section is lovely but they need more supervision on it not only one person behind the gate. The reason I have given it 3 stars is because of very poor customer service, staff are rude except for only 1 who actually smiled and talked politely which I was amazed to see. They sell the swimming hats without its packaging and if you ask for one which is packed they give you attitude and refuse to sell you a packed one.

It was old and too dirty , some of equipment was out of service, some tools removed and was hard to use equipment, i do not suggest to go there

The lack of elevator to go to the slides was one of a setback, but there were plenty of facilities and amusements in common, especially for the kids. To ride some slides because of the crowd, you have to stay in the queue for a long time.

It has a lot of slides for different styles... Don't forget the free falls on two corners... Zipline is also fine If you are ower 100kg forget the slides you can use dry and wet Sona , Jacuzzi, wave pool, ordinaryand pool, massage, traditional bath, etc

Do not waste your time and money visiting this water park. It has deteriorated so much that it is no longer an enjoyable or worthwhile destination. The majority of the slides and rides were out of order on the day I visited. It was extremely disappointing to find most of the attractions unavailable. The few that were operational had long lines due to the limited options. It is clear the water park is not properly maintaining the equipment. Making matters worse, the staff was apathetic and outright rude to guests. They acted like they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and skip this water park. Find a different one that actually provides a fun experience with functioning rides and respectful employees. This once decent water park has deteriorated into a disaster. Go anywhere else for water activities. Nothing about this park is worth the visit anymore. Kopak ogalnlaro

If there is zero star I would put it. Very bad service and no respecting for Islam issues although it is in mashhad. It was the first and the last visit. Very disappointed!!!!!
