I was asked to pay before checking out the cottage..118;The net was torn( mosquito's disturbed me thruout the night), shower basin and cabin door broken(quite the scare) and when I requested a transfer I was told it was the only available room.

Serene enviroment with good green vast compound. Friendly staff. Good local foods & cocktail juice. Nice and secure parking. For bird watchers the lower gardens offeres a possibility of seeing birds. Fir party goers its directly opposite Masindi number one night spot. Cafe milano

It's ok, rooms nice, there is hot water but pressure is very week. Breakfast so, so, but very good pineapple, also bananas and fresh juice, the rest is forgettable. Twin room 150000 shillings night.

The management doesn't pay attention to any emergency but other staff are okay. He pays a deaf hear to clients who are even staying in the facility. My phone had fallen in a terrible place and he did pay a deaf hear.

For a romantic retreat this place is beautiful and amazing with their beautiful cottages right slightly leaning beside town and its got all the very on point services you can have

The room intercom don't work. I called the lady at reception in the evening of 6th March as l needed 2 bottles of water. She kept telling me they are busy.

Beautiful clean and comfortable , spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, they need a bit more training in the culinary area - catering to a variety of visitors' tastes. They also take neither US$ nor credit cards!

😐 Spacious & clean rooms with huge bathroom. Pretty big swimming pool is there, not sure if it is free for residents or chargeable since I didn't use it. Food is good but they have increased their prices recently. Breakfast is ok as well, similar to what you find in other places.
