Spacious & clean rooms with huge bathroom. Pretty big swimming pool is there, not sure if it is free for residents or chargeable since I didn't use it. Food is good but they have increased their prices recently. Breakfast is ok as well, similar to what you find in other places.

Clean room and nice staff. Fridge didn’t work, so warm beers :(. Dinner was not great; long wait, plastic and hair in Chicken Tikka Masala. Breakfast - limited options, and bad eggs all round

An excellent place with clean rooms, wonderful customer service, lovely breakfast. We were a group of 10 and everyone enjoyed it. If you are around Masindi area, definitely the first choice for accommodation.

Location is nice though I didn't taste their meals but where I slept the room was small but this was not the case. I don't know but it seems there were some clients who entered around 3:00am making alot of noise and this forced most of us to wake up Imagine. I think there must have regulations in place to respect each other.

The place was soo nice looking and good staff conduct with a nice gym and hospitable gym attendance. But the swimming pool was undesirable I think the pool maintenance is done by unprofessional personnel, the chlorine was really too much I regretted diving in the water

Listen, I get the fact that this hotel is meant to be an experience that's like around the local area. But God is it too much of local. The mirror is placed above the toilet. Some rooms have better items than others. And yeah it may be meant for 1 person but God bro is it small. I would rather go to a better hotel than this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Meals are prompt and the service is good. Time management is okay for meetings and training workshops.

Not a bad place needs some work in the rooms, wifi is very spotty goes out all the time, not sure if the pool is supposed to look sought of dirty or not I was confused about that maybe it was the water that the get to fill the pool, the bathroom will different for a westerner but you get used to it. The service is excellent which totally makes up for the place, the food is not 5 star but it's doable, the ground are very very clean, manicured very well, the room attending is always smiling and does awesome job. I would stay at this location again mainly for the service

Good hotel, nice pool, friendly staff, incredibly comfy bed. The food was the only letdown. The pizza was not very nice but the chips were good.

Love the place but the bathroom water system was not good They should regularly check out the stairs to the rooms

They don't potry what is talked about, very dirty outside urinals and toilets, no tissues for use, unless delicious foods are served and above all tinny rooms and poor looking toilets, not worth what you see from the outside

Never been at a place and i feel bad. So i was at time when whites were there. These guys gave us separate breakfast. All the time for us africans it was katogo, chapati and eggs but for whites they had a variety. It sickens me that even in your own country u have to be treated a certain way
