Friendly, knowledgeable and super kind. Purchased a bed, environmentally friendly base with posture (mechanical lift) and warranty + delivery. The team scheduled the delivery around my schedule, arrived on-time and was extremely efficient at taking the old bed and installing the new one, including pairing the bed with the remote and making sure it worked before leaving. Very "white glove" as far as service goes. I'll continue to do business with Slumberland for all of my furniture needs as they understand how to ensure quality and professionalism.

Wow. This store went above and beyond! I ordered a futon frame and had it delivered/set up. That experience went smoothly, and the delivery people were efficient, skilled, and polite. Later, when I had difficulty changing the futon between sitting and laying positions, the store contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to have them explain it to me. Wow! So appreciative!
