Not professionally managed at all they don't have professional housekeepers they have bed bugs housekeepers all the sheets have holes in them the bedding looks like it's 100 years old the beds are 100 years old the orders of this place think they own you because you rent a room from them they try to tell you where you can sit in a chair out front and where you trying to tell me I got to wear a shirt outside my room if I come outside my room without a shirt on I got to move can't sit in the chair out front Inside the Hotel his wife was staring at me find a camera and she didn't like that I didn't have a shirt on so they threatened to kick me out because I didn't have a shirt on it sounds like these people got major problems in their life but they're worried about his wife staring at me on camera with no shirt on and I'm not paying customer place I wouldn't recognize this place to homeless people to stay at owners have no respect for humans

Great independently owned motel that Delhi Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is trying to take for their buddies' building projects. Hold the line and don't let these scummy bureaucrats take your property!

Management was very kind and highly professional. The room for two guests looked more like a suite or small apartment, based on two separate bedrooms (with doors), large bathroom, a large flat screen TV, living room setting, separate kitchenette with a full refrigerator, and microwave. Very quiet no disturbances. Had easy access to restaurants and local shopping. Our out of town guests were highly satisfied with their stay. Will highly recommended to family and friends.

Stayed in three different rooms so far in the last month and I have had 0 bad experiences with this place... manager worked with me Beyond what any other place would do, each room I have rented was clean and had no bug issues of any kind... the fixtures are not the newest however I care way more about a clean place than the fixtures being brand new... I doubt there are any better motels out there in this area better than this place for what they charge

If you have a choice between motels do not pick this motel. It has roaches and the rooms some of them are clean rooms other ones are very nasty some of them have bad smells... The owner or the person that runs the place is not a very nice man. He moved me three times in one week. Then he gave me the worst room in the whole place. Stay out of room number #10

I liked staying ,room was clean very nice and watched at all times and have cameras. If u need something u just call and with in 5 mins they was to the room .I would stay again. Very pleasant and polite owners and maintenance and house keeper's. Would I stay again yes I would. They made me feel safe and secure. Slept all night and slept well felt like home relaxing no one to bother me.

its old but clean, no bugs, no filth. cheaper than the other two other 2-star hotels in the area i was disgusted by earlier today. its quiet and i feel my truck is safe

This Motel is amazing and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay. The consumer service was perfect, he was so friendly and helpful. And I just can’t say enough about how wonderful the room we stayed in was. Very clean and with an amazingly comfortable bed. I give this motel 5 stars and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone.

My dad has been a frequent guest of this establishment and speaks nothing but good things about the staff and owners and their over extending hospitality..I'd stayed there years ago once before and remember nothing short of hospitable.

Great customer service nice owners and love helping people in the community in need like us one of the cheapest motels besides hebbs inn in mason it's $55 a night or $280 a week

I'm here for two weeks due to a house fire .not a bad place but room wasn't clean. & cannot have any guests even kids just to visit not right! Would not have stayed here if I had known.

Excellent experience staying here for part of Oct and all of November. Clean, safe, quiet and good service, lot of places close by.

The owner is very sweet! The room feels very homey and comfortable, clean and very private! They are really big on keeping their guests safe and that means a lot! Awesome service, and fair on price! I definitely recommend staying here.

Well, I was told on the phone it was $65 a person when I KNOW I paid $60 last time, which was fine, until I had no change and he took my $70 and told me the other five was for "tax"... except he doesn't charge "tax" any other time?? Smh. So, we're just making prices up these days, I guess🤷🏼‍♀️

I love the accommodations in this motel because I have two sinks ,with cable TV and a large Mini refrigerator and nice shower. The location is great with many places to eat. My room is cleaned every week by staff. Also, the general manager is very good and accessible to accommodate my needs if any issues with my room and stay! Gerald Jones and DJ Jones

This place is the best place I stay at in Lansing the staff is very nice, very quiet, place too stay I've stayed there multiple times and never been disappointed if your in town stop by kick up your feet chill relax

Room is very comfy and clean, with a nice TV, furniture, restroom and appliances. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is friendly, safe, and quiet. Little Ceasars is right next door, and a little grocery store is in walking distance.

I was bit my second time there. I liked the room and the location though.

Was Leaving town a few weeks ago and stayed here for a few days and It was perfect. No Noise, No Bother from any one. The staff in the front office was so helpful in accommodating my needs. I am back in town and first place I came to was here. And Again The front office Had a room ready for me. The internet was a blessing as so I can email my work and keep all my employees informed. Place is clean and Really want to thank Village inn for the Hospitality. Huge Bed, Huge TV and very quite to work on all my paperwork. Perfect!

This place is the best. It's the most affordable place I could find and the rooms are bigger than the ones in the more expensive places here in town. The rooms are clean and completely bug free (trust me I checked the bed and everything cuz bugs are a phobia of mine I was very thorough). The manager is also very accommodating and friendly.

WONDERFUL inn. I accidentally left with the key; the inn keepers were so nice about it. I’ve been here a few days and also - WONDERFULLY, inclusive and they did not discriminate! Even gave me safety tips, and, as I’m VERY spacey - literally walked me through check in/out, and to and from my room!
