I'm having a wonderful and productive experience at Nova Care . My physical therapists are Cory , Alec , West and John . The ladies that keep things going on schedule is Lucy and Donna wonderful and very personable I feel I've known them forever. Thanks to the staff I've got a new outlook on life after my shoulder replacement I wasn't as confident but I am now because of them . Thank you all from the bottom of my heart I'll nor forget you ❤️

Wes Groves is a solid PT expert. I was back to my regular mobility in just 2 sessions!

I went there after my knee replacement surgery. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was a welcoming smile from Donna at the front desk. 😊 I also noticed the care and attention everyone received during their therapy sessions. The two therapist I worked with, Cory & Alec were knowledgeable, friendly and definitely helped me to reach the next level in my recovery. I was very happy with my results. The next time I need physical therapy I look forward to coming back to see them again. This Novacare is a hidden gem. If you choose to go there for your rehabilitation needs you will be well taken care of. 👍👍

Wes Groves is an exceptional therapist. His knowledge with cancer patients is top level. He also has the kindest approach when someone is dealing with such a scary diagnosis.

Rehab after surgery is hard but Nova Care makes it easier with the warm, fun environment. They work hard but give tons of support and encouragement. They are definitely doing PT right there!

I was not looking forward to post-op PT based on previous experience. I’m glad I decided to go to this facility. My physical therapist, Cory, has helped me so much in my recovery. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. My attitude towards PT has completely changed thanks to Cory and this Nova Care team. If you need PT, I highly recommend this facility.

Hi this is Sharon mann and I want to say that Cory Cummings is an excellent therapist. Everyone at this location is great but I feel Cory goes above and beyond. If you do not understand something he explains it to me and in Cory doing this, it makes sense to me. I have been wanting to do this review for quite sometime now. Everyone is friendly and very professional and they care for all of their patients . I want to say that your receptionist, Lucy, is great! She always has me scheduled ahead of time and she knows the patients. She listens to what they have to say. She is perfect for her position as a customer service /receptionist. Donna is a great person also. She always goes out of her way to say hi to me and if I’m having a bad day , she brightens my day for me. That makes me feel good. This place rocks and I enjoy each and every person who works at this facility. I feel comfortable going there and doing my therapy with this group you have employed. We need more places and people who treat their patients/customers as this group does at nova care west Chester liberty located on Hamilton mason rd. Keep up the great work Wes , Alec, Cory, Laura , Donna and Lucy. I will continue with this great group. Ps. I went to Novacare for both my knee and shoulder pain. The therapists and assistants are knowledgeable and caring. I was always welcomed and made to feel at ease. The treatment I received eased my pain and strengthened my body. I also appreciated the at-home video exercises where I could see what to do and how to do it. Having access to the videos encouraged me to follow through when I graduated to having once a week visits and finally ending therapy.

I definitely recommend NovaCare for your physical therapy needs. Wes and his team would asked me what my symptoms were each visit. They listened and developed a plan that worked, tweaking the plan as needed. After 3 months I am pain free!
