I took 3 rings in to be inspected and rhodium dipped. I was told all the settings were fine and the rhodium dip was completely earlier than expected and I picked up the rings the next day. The staff was helpful and gave no me an estimate on another jewelry repair. I have been going to Wolf Jewelers for several years.

Very professional and courteous. A high end jewelry store. My ring turned out beautiful however I really wanted a new setting for my stone and when I came there to see about this I was shocked that it would be 2K to get process started. I cannot afford that cost so I settled for a rhodium dipping. Thank you.

I returned them and asked that they be resized or “in-soldered”. When they were returned to me they were just beautiful; perfectly sized and as shiny as they ever were. I love James Wolf Jewelers!! I have had a few occasions to use their services and have never been disappointed. My last experience was making my 6-1/2 wedding band a size 8. I was so shocked at how beautiful it came out. I couldn’t see where they added to the band it was seamless which was no easy task as it is a tri-colored woven band. Would recommend them for all your jewelry needs!! Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful :)
