Very dissatisfied with my experience with Zales! Purchased a Mother's Marquise Birthstone and Diamond accent ring with a lifetime warranty on 04/04/21. Received the ring on 04/15/21. One of my stones fell out on 06/21/21 so I called Customer Service to complain. Customer Service stated that having a lost stone is not covered in the lifetime warranty, but since I've had the ring for less than 90 days they would cover the cost. Brought the ring to Zales to have my ring fixed, and was told they would NOT cover the cost of the stone as promised. After complaining that this is not what I was promised they pulled the customer service call and agreed to cover the cost for one time only since it was promised. Received the ring back on 08/13/21 with the replacement stone. The SAME STONE fell out AGAIN today, 10/05/21!! I have not even had this ring for 6 months and spent $600 on a faulty ring!!!! Highly dissatisfied!!!!! Obviously poor craftsmanship and I will be looking into having the ring which I love returned and would like a full refund so I can purchase a new Mother's ring elsewhere. Do NOT buy this ring from this store!!!!

My experience at Zales was nothing less than great! It was very easy to communicate what I wanted. Ethan was able to easily find me the perfect ring for my engagement, right within my budget too! The employees were very polite and they seem to really know their products well, as they were quick to find the ring to my specifications. I highly recommend this location no doubt, and I'll continue giving them my services!

What should have been a pleasant experience was not. I flew back into town specifically to pick up an item (in-time for Christmas) of which I was assured for the second attempt to be the correct order / size. Again, it was not. The AGM assured me in-person that he would take personal interest in providing a solution, only for him to initially portray no knowledge of me / my issue less than 48 hours later. I should have canceled my order after the first attempt. Additionally, I should have purchased elsewhere. The young lady who assisted me with purchasing something completely different was wonderful and the issues I was experiencing with Zales did not have anything to do with her. I cannot say that I would unitize nor recommend Zales in the future based off this experience.

Megan conducted her first sale with us for our wedding bands. The team treated us very well and we’re thorough in explaining how the warranty worked. Will very happily return for future purchases and cleaning!

Employees were extremely nice. I didn't buy anything but my friend needed his watch resized they got it fine very quickly.

I highly recommend Jamie and Dillon at Liberty Center. I’ve been in and out of many jewelry stores, and this team is by far, above and beyond everyone else. I truly mean that. I’ve been shopping for my first engagement ring, so I’ve been learning and shopping and revisiting different stores. After a couple of months I was pretty sure I was going to buy from Zales. Tonight I bought a ring that I’m very proud of from Jamie and Dillon. I found the right store and the right people. They represent Zales very professionally and very classy. If I could give 100 stars I would. Dilon went above and beyond for me. I had been looking for the perfect wedding band that fit my ring, as well as my style. He listened to me, led me with his expertise and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He talked with me through my options, gave his opinion and set them out for me to compare. I had been to more than a few other places and looked at many rings, and had been told at another place"No this is the trend this is what all the brides are doing just order this one" but when I told Dilon he looked at me said I have the perfect one for you, and he did. It is so me and fits so well with my ring!! Thank you Dilon you deserve a raise!!!

I've been going to the Liberty Center Zales for about 3 years now and almost every time have had David as my rep and he's been so lovely every time I've been here. He is patient and takes his time to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchases and cleanings. He's a gem!

Madison was terrific both times I came in the store helped the whole ring process great. I'm in sales so that speaks volumes. I drove 30 miles to get there I will come back for all of my jewelry purchases. The entire staff was great I didn't catch managers name she was great also ill be a lifer

This is a good store, when you will plan to buy loose diamonds. The store has a knowledgeable staff, and they can help you to understand about the diamonds and it’s category.

They have several times now completely messed up my engagement ring. We came in to get it resized and switched to yellow gold and they gave a two week estimate and a rough price. Two weeks later they call and say they haven’t started and double the price without explanation, and then two weeks after that the ring is done and they didn’t change the band color at all. We have receipts for the requests we made and still no explanation from anyone on how or why they continue to royally screw up what should be an exciting moment. Do not give them your precious jewelry they don’t respect you, or your property or time.

A very nice gentleman helped me when I came in, but they really needed more employees. There was a long line when I came in and a long line when I left. I was just dropping off my rings for a deep cleaning. I tried to come on my lunch break from work and it took so much longer than I thought.

Edit to add: After searching through my shopify notifications, I discovered that my ring was delivered to their store a week earlier than the manager told me. Something is not adding up with this entire situation. These people are fabricating dates and time frames to get your money and then giving the run- around on receiving your jewelry. Waited in line to purchase a wedding band for over 30 minutes. When i was finally allowed into the store, we had an additional wait before a clerk was able to let us see the men's bands. We were directed to make a purchase online as they didn't carry what we wanted in store. The clerk stated it would take two weeks until it makes it in store, and another 2 weeks for resizing. I got an email thanking me for my repair, which by all means would indicate that the repair was complete. I called several times (only for a busy signal and no answer )throughout the day it was supposed to be available for pickup only to find that it was sent out just a couple of days prior. They didn't notify me that it would be late. Horrible customer service. Who runs a business with a phone ringing off the hook? Poor communication from this store guarantees that through the life of my marriage, there will be no more purchases from this store. I regret going with this location and suggest you look elsewhere if you are planning to make a jewelry purchase.

I have been going to this Zales location since I got engaged in June 2020. I have lost a few stones from my beloved engagement ring and each time they have been great about replacing them and getting the ring repaired (warranty purchased). Alexis has been especially helpful, empathetic, and patient with me during all my visits. I recently got my engagement ring and bands soldered together and the sizing was off. She immediately worked with me on getting correct sizing. When I recently had stones replaced and I wasn't happy with the color of them, not only was she very understanding, but she took the ring back to be sent out for repair on express since my wedding is so near. Each time I've had her help me, she has been wonderful and I look forward to stopping in the store because I know she'll get whatever I need taken care of the best she can.
