Legs?) and she started to suggest a cold and sinus pain, then the loss of wisdom teeth (I don't have a cold, but my toothache was extracted, I was sitting in the chair with tears in my eyes from the pain). Finally, she kindly took a look and only opened the tooth, leaving the nerve exposed (in response to my doubts, she replied that it was poisoned anyway, so it wouldn't hurt. What hurt so far?). However, I trusted him because he is a dentist - he should know what he is doing. However, the pain did not go away, but only intensified, leaving me practically unable to remember the way back home. After 2 days, I went to my dentist, where it turned out that one nerve was not poisoned - hence the pain. It took 2 minutes to figure this out, the problem was solved after another 5 minutes. I am very sorry that the doctor downplayed the issue here, as I presume tooth poisoning is not beyond the dentist's competence, so I can say that you could have done it and saved me a lot of pain in the following days

I recommend. They welcomed me on Sunday almost immediately - everything was fine and professional. I will go there regularly. Prices (treatments not covered by the National Health Fund) are affordable.

A gram of a good filling preparation from 3M retails for about PLN 40. You buy in bulk, with a discount. Let's treat this as a pricing pattern. Cheap Chinese composite costs PLN 20/h. More refined fillings cost approx. PLN 80/h. And what did we get? That the office on Ludna Street saved about PLN 20. Well, I don't know if it was worth it. Maybe your material supplier is not an honest person? Is it really worth skimming so much and ruining your reputation at the same time? Many of your patients complain about fillings falling off. It's a pity, because Mr. Adam is a decent and trustworthy doctor and it's a pity that he has to work with such cheap materials. Maybe he still has to bring his own drills and an apron from home because it's too expensive to buy one for the office? Certain boundaries, even moral ones, are established not to be crossed, and don't ask why, even if you don't understand it... I don't even allow this possibility, but if you know perfectly well about the low quality of these filling materials, you know what to think about it. After all, as you can see, patients have been writing opinions about filling fillings falling out for a long time. And somehow you don't do anything about it. Didn't that make anyone think? Let me know when you deal with the issue of poor materials and tell Mr. Adam B(GDPR) that I have no grudge against him, I rather sympathize with him. After 19:00, doctors are on duty and provide only ambulance/emergency care without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. In my case, the surgeon, under anesthesia, removed only the loose part of the cracked tooth - just to remove the pain and discomfort. It was free, as part of the NFZ insurance. And to remove the rest of the tooth, the doctor told me to make an appointment. I spent no more than 5 minutes in the office, but I waited for more than an hour, although the doctor was free. During this hour, his assistant simply walked from one empty office to another, frankly not doing anything important, but simply imitating vigorous activity, shifting tools from one place to another and then back again. When she passed me, she asked me to wait a little longer. There was a feeling that they were simply delaying time so as not to admit too many patients per shift. I arrived at 21:40, there were only a few people waiting in the corridor. One man had an argument about the long wait and simply left. Closer to 23:00, when I left, there were no longer anyone waiting in the corridor.

I said okay, and then she continued tearing my tooth, where the anesthesia had practically worn off, so the pain was enormous, and the lady asked me why I was moving my head like that. I said with tears in my eyes that it hurt. It's nothing, after great effort the lady pulled out my tooth, until yesterday I couldn't cope with it because it didn't want to heal. I was bleeding all the time, and after a month the remnants of my tooth started coming out due to inflammation. I went to my dentist at ul. Zytnia, who immediately saw me and within 3 minutes she pulled out all the bone from this tooth, which was left after it had been extracted by a previously dissatisfied "specialist", and the next day everything started to heal beautifully. I do not recommend the service, especially the lady who served me that night. If she doesn't like the job, let her stand in front of the employment office, because judging by the previous opinions, I am not the only dissatisfied customer who will never return there.

Never in my life... in 2023, an 8-year-old girl came in with a broken permanent tooth and this "person" did not give her any chance to rebuild the tooth and cleaned out all the pulp and sent her home. We had a broken tooth in the milk and this "person" told us to throw it away because it was no longer useful... As for the details of the visit, she told my daughter to walk down the hall for an ultrasound with a needle in her mouth and blood all over her... my child was traumatized... The next day we went privately to the dentist and she couldn't believe that this "person" had destroyed a tooth in such a young child because it could have been saved... the tooth that had been broken off from the milk was glued back on, currently we are waiting for her to reach the age at which an implant can be placed... .. I also wish this "lady" with black hair to lose all her teeth... I wish you the worst for destroying my daughter's tooth

I was looking for night dental care (whether paid or not). When I lost hope that it would be somewhere near Mokotów and not Piotrków Trybunalski, I found CCS Ludna nearby :) The dentist immediately knew what was wrong with me and started treatment. Nie polecam tego miejsca. Trafiłam tu w niedzielę 3 dni po tym jak w innym miejscu miałam usuwana ósemkę. Byłam zmuszona skorzystać z wizyty u innego dentysty niż ten, u którego miałam zabieg usunięcia zęba ponieważ była niedziela i podejrzewałam że doszło do infekcji. Dentystka w Centrum na Ludnej wyczyściła mi ranę i zdjęła szwy mimo że miałam zalecenie od swojej dentystki, żeby zdjąć szwy dopiero po tygodniu. Jestem teraz po wizycie u mojej dentystki i oczywiście okazuje się że szwy zostały zdjęte zbyt wcześnie przez co dziąsło będzie się goiło dłużej. Wizyta w tym miejscu to zmarnowane pieniądze i problemy.

Beznadziejna organizacja, brak szacunku do klienta i natrętne kłamstwa. Polecam omijać szerokim łukiem to miejsce. Po wyrwaniu ósemki byłem dwukrotnie na zdjęciu szwów. Mimo że to zabieg trwający minutę przez brak organizacji Pani z recepcji tracę kolejną godzinę na czekanie. Od NFZ różni ich to że trzeba płacić. Zero zainteresowania klientem. Wychodzę i najprawdopodobniej spóźnię się przez nich na spotkanie, szwy zostają dalej.

Znakomita placówka - nieprawdopodobny profesjonalizm i podejście do pacjenta - Ta placówka to absolutny wzór dla wszystkich innych jeżeli chodzi o profesjonalizm (najwyższy w stolicy) i ceny (w przeciwieństwie do pozostałych placówek mimo inflacji są wyjątkowo przystępne co jak na Warszawę jest naprawdę niezwykłe). Szczególnie godny polecenia lek. stom. Adam Bolc którego należy uznać za wzór uczciwości i właściwego podejścia do pacjenta. Brawa.

I managed to call without the slightest problem, the receptionist kindly invited me to come and so I did. And here was another pleasant surprise - there was no one - the waiting room was empty. After completing the questionnaire, after just a few minutes of waiting, the doctor invited me to the chair. And here's another pleasant surprise - despite the darkest thoughts that in the emergency room, it was probably just a tooth extraction and I went home, the doctor looked at the broken tooth, took out the loose elements, secured the rest of the tooth, stating that it would most likely be possible to rebuild it, but it would have to be planned. perform an X-ray. Of course, nothing more should be expected, after all, as the name suggests, in the emergency room the patient is temporarily secured for further planned treatment, so all these negative opinions are probably written by "ą-ę" "you" who expected that in the middle of the night they will have their teeth sandblasted or whitened 🤣 I am very satisfied with today's visit - the place and the staff fulfill their function as much as possible.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Both the doctors and other people are very nice. They helped me quickly get rid of the problem and explained everything. Although the procedure I had was performed was paid (it was not included in the scope of services provided by the National Health Fund), but the price was ok.

It was a failure, the pain visit lasted 5 minutes, as long as it took to prescribe an antibiotic, and I had to ask for the painkiller myself because the lady told me to buy APAP at the pharmacy. The place has a signed contract with the National Health Fund, they limit themselves to the minimum because when I called two days later to ask about private tooth extraction (and the woman on night duty said that they don't extract 8 teeth), I immediately made an appointment and extracted it. Avoid this pseudo facility!

The lady at the reception is a joke, she treats patients like intruders. One hour of calling, no one answers and no people in the center!!!!!

Udzielono mi pomocy w środku nocy przed 4 rano. Ósemka usunięta bezboleśnie szybko mimo że była głęboko a najważniejsze że bez powikłań kolejnych dniach. Bardzo się bałam ale lekarz wiedział co robi dzięki temu mam dobre zdanie o tym miejscu. Dziękuję im bardzo i polecam.

Gorąco polecam, telefon odebrany po 2 sygnale telefonicznym, drzwi otworzone po 10 sekundach a zabieg zrobiony w 15 minut. Lekarz delikatny mimo godziny zabiegu, spokojny a i znieczulenia nie żałował. Mimo że wizyta była wczesnym rankiem, 5.00, to cena była zadziwiająco niska jak na polskie standardy.

The tooth was pulled out and goodbye, no antibiotic for the inflammation, the threads dissolved, black threads that have not dissolved yet. Lack of professionalism. I went for the antibiotic two days later and I asked for it myself. Thanks to this, I have trigeminal and facial nerve inflammation and treatment for several weeks.
