Mam mieszane uczucia, bo z jednej strony uprzejma obsługa wszystko w porządku ale z drugiej strony czekałem równo dwa tygodnie na diagnoze a po decyzji wymieniony został młynek w kilkanaście godzin. I zupełnie nieakceptowalna przeze mnie kwestia - dwukrotnie dzwonilem pytalem czy mozna placic kartą, uslyszalem ze tylko gotówka...wiec musialem biegac po miescie szukac bankomatu (polowa z nich nie dzialala) a na miejscu okazalo sie ze mozna placic karta! Edit - w domu przy probie zrobienia sobie kawy, okazalo sie ze zostal zwrocony mi ekspress bez filtra Aquaclean ktory zostal przez pracownikow nie wiadomo czemu po prostu wyrzucony (a był nowy)...

Professional advice. They could have repaired the coffee machine and charged for the repair, but they advised buying a new one - as they pointed out, the repair is relatively expensive and after some time something will break down again. I respect such cooperation because, as I noticed, the relationship with the client is more important than one repair. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

At first the service seemed good. Quick appointments, nice service, good contact. The service is based on accurate diagnosis and repair. Siemens EQ6 s100 coffee machine, used for the first time on March 6, 2024. It came to the service center not working. I received a call that the coffee machine was stoned and had to be cleaned and I answered. The coffee machine turns off again after 6 cups of coffee. Second repair, replacement of the pump. I collect and return the coffee machine on the same day. The third time the "diagnosis" was a damaged motherboard (PLN 700 for parts only). Too low voltage on the board. I didn't fix it at this service because it was a wrong diagnosis. The coffee machine had a damaged ceramic valve microswitch for PLN 35. The diagnosis was simple because the wire was burnt. The coffee machine still works after replacing it. Unfortunately, the service first charges PLN 710 for basic cleaning, only then it incorrectly diagnoses the coffee machine. I do not recommend it or ask a question when repairing it or after. This way you receive a functional coffee machine. If they didn't charge for the basic service and just informed them that the coffee machine wouldn't work anymore, there wouldn't be a problem
