She was very nice!😊 Tatiana recommended a haircut suitable for my hair type, explained how to properly care for it and do styling. I appreciated it. There was a slight hitch with my appointment. I booked online, got a confirmation during a phone callback. Then, just an hour later, the appointment was canceled, but via SMS, which I overlooked since everything had already been confirmed over the phone. Everything ended successfully with a rescheduled appointment for another day. However, the abrupt change in the communication channel about important info was a bit confusing.

I had complex coloring done by master Alexandra, as well as tinting and care, every couple of months. She is a true professional in her field. The result exceeded all my expectations when I came for coloring for the first time 💖

My favorite salon in Warsaw! I love everything they do with my hair here 🥰 Everyone who works here creates an amazing cozy and caring atmosphere where you want to come back again and again. P.S. this is the only salon that also offers takeaway tea/coffee as a farewell. It seems like a small thing, but it won my heart ❤️
