However, the way how they handle some claims is unbelievably bad. 1.5 months ago we're reached the agreement how to settle the claim which included me getting one replacement piece of furniture and I still haven't received it. First they were saying there was a transportation delay to Poland and it would come mid Nov, but it never did; then when I wrote again, they said they need to check with the forwarding company and never came back; the next time I followed-up I did not get any reply at all. Also, I do understand that there is certain benefit of not having one dedicated person owning the claim, but on the other side for me as a client it's a super inefficient as every time I get in contact with the same claim the agents are asking for time to get acquainted with the claim.
