Very
bad
attitude
of
the
receptionist
when
requesting
help
for
a
lost
entry
card.
In
a
bad
way,
she
tells
me
to
download
the
app
to
enter
the
gym,
I
tell
her
that
I
don't
understand
how
it
works.
Apparently
this
annoyed
her
more
and
she
verbally
explained
to
me
with
a
very
bad
attitude
how
i
should
use
it.
Since
I
didn't
understand
her
explanation
very
well
in
English,
I
told
her
that
it
was
easier
for
me
to
use
the
card.
So
she
tells
me
it's
20
złoty
if
you
want
another
one.
Despite
the
fact
that
the
price
seemed
quite
high
to
me
and
in
view
of
the
discomfort
that
this
situation
was
causing
me,
I
decided
to
pay.
After
she
hands
me
the
card,
I
ask
her
if
I
should
do
anything
else
with
it.
She
answers
me
that
yes,
but
that
i
could
do
it
another
day
and
that
i
should
go
by
the
side.
So
I
told
her
let's
do
it
right
away
better,
so
we
end
the
root
problem
now.
Next
she
takes
my
phone
with
the
gym
app
open
and
performs
some
operations
that
i
can't
appreciate
in
detail.
Meanwhile,
a
personal
trainer
who
was
accompanying
them
at
the
reception
began
to
make
fun
of
me
in
Polish,
causing
a
sea
of
laughter
from
the
receptionists.
As
I'm
a
foreigner,
I
don't
speak
Polish,
however
you
don't
have
to
be
very
smart
to
realize
when
you're
being
made
fun
of.
Faced
with
this
uncomfortable
situation,
I
asked
out
loud,
do
you
have
a
problem
with
me?
And
everyone
was
silent,
playing
dumb
and
the
receptionist
answers
that
there
were
no
problems.
She
hands
me
my
card,
she
tells
me
that
I
can
now
use
it
at
any
gym.
I
reply
thank
you
and
start
walking
to
the
locker
room
but
as
i
went
up
the
stairs
I
hear
comments
and
giggles
again.
I
find
the
treatment
delivered
by
the
Gym
staff
to
be
totally
disrespectful
to
the
client.
