There are two floor spaces, upper for mostly upper body (and a Smith machine) and a lower for cardio and mostly lower body equipment. They have enough space for deadlifting, and squats. However, there is no deadlift platform. The locker room for women is very neat, clean and has adequate cubicles and lockers. Both staff and people in the gym were kind and nice. It was great working out here.
