like

sales
relationship,
everyone
is
fake
smiles
until
there’s
a
problem.

plus
for
a
recliner
that
feels
NOTHING
like
the
one
in
the
showroom
we
based
our
decision
on.
This
one
is
causing
us
back
pain
and
our
feet
don’t
touch
the
floor.
Now
management
wants
to
play
pass
the
buck
with
us,
something
about
a
fee
that
could
cost
us
up
to
50%
of
the
sale.
Waiting
for
a
call
back
that
will
probably
amount
to
nothing
which
will
result
in
the
cancellation
of
the
rest
of
the
order.
As
of
now
we’re
still
willing
to
buy
from
them
but
if
they
don’t
make
it
right
we
will
not
be
back
and
I’ll
let
be
known
on
every
platform
I
can
find.
Update:
20%
restocking
fee
and
a
store
credit
was
their
solution.
They
figure
if
we
sell
it
on
our
own
we
would
probably
have
to
takeoff
20%
and
they
figure
that
20%
looks
better
in
their
pocket
along
with
forcing
us
to
buy
from
them
with
a
store
credit.

that
feels
nothing
like
the
product
I
tried
in
your
store!
