Very large furniture showroom with salespeople who become your shadow. The employees greet you at the entrance and follow you throughout the store, which is helpful for questions, but noticeable enough that it took away from my shopping experience. I didn't want someone hovering over me the entire time I shopped, nor did I want to feel pressured into a sale when it was clear I was leaving the store after just wanting to look at mattresses. My wife and I ended up buying a mattress at the very next mattress store we went to.

Just like every sales relationship, everyone is fake smiles until there’s a problem. 1800.00 plus for a recliner that feels NOTHING like the one in the showroom we based our decision on. This one is causing us back pain and our feet don’t touch the floor. Now management wants to play pass the buck with us, something about a fee that could cost us up to 50% of the sale. Waiting for a call back that will probably amount to nothing which will result in the cancellation of the rest of the order. As of now we’re still willing to buy from them but if they don’t make it right we will not be back and I’ll let be known on every platform I can find. Update: 20% restocking fee and a store credit was their solution. They figure if we sell it on our own we would probably have to takeoff 20% and they figure that 20% looks better in their pocket along with forcing us to buy from them with a store credit. You shipped me a product that feels nothing like the product I tried in your store! 20% for walking through the front door? Not a bad day‘s pay if that’s how you wanna make your money, Jeff. I’ll change or remove my post when I feel whole again. Until that time comes I’m going to continue to post on every platform I can find. Nothing here is over embellished, I’m simply stating facts.

We were welcomed by Katie Kovalenko, she let us know that she was there to help us if we needed it. She made it a point to not follow us around the store like past experiences I've had at Bob's and other furniture stores. She was super polite and ready to help when we decided on what we wanted. She was informative, friendly and got us a receipt in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend her for future sales. We know we will be back!!

I went to the Springfield, MA location. I walked in knowing what I wanted, having done some research and excited to explore the show room. An associate, Erin, greeted us at the door but made a point to let us know she would not follow us around. Though we were able to enjoy shopping privately, Erin was very accessible and helpful with any questions that came up. Arranging payment and delivery was a breeze and my items came into stock as scheduled which is never a guarantee now-a-days. Overall it was a splendid experience, my delivery notifications have arrived as expected and I am looking forward to my new furniture.

We were looking for a Sleeper sofa for our guest bedroom. we were greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable consultant, Mary Lynn. She patiently showed us all our options and helped us with the dimensions to insure the sofa we chose would work in our space. We got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. The store is very attractive with plenty of quality items.

Angel Camacho was a very knowledgeable and helpful as well as charismatic sales associate and I was glad he was able to help me pick out the sectional that was right for me. He was professional throughout while he led me around the store trying to meet my every need as I didn’t even know what I was looking for when I walked in! My wife and I worked with a new Salesperson Tim Regan and he was excellent for being new. He was courteous and when he wasn’t sure on couple of questions he went to the manager and got answers promptly. Tim’s demeanor was relaxed and confident made the experience enjoyable. We were his first sale at his new position and I’m sure there will be many more to follow. Highly recommend asking for Tim if you shop at the West Springfield MA store.

I was greeted (not pestered) at the door. I asked to see bedroom furniture and was immediately taken to that department and shown the sets which would meet my very specific needs. Courtesy was shown throughout. My salesman took the extra time I needed to make sure I would be getting exactly what I needed with the best price available. Thank you Ray! After completing my selections, I was directed to Customer Service (terrific people) to finalize the transaction. I decided to look around and went back the very next day to make another purchase through Ray, of course. I would recommend this place highly!

Purchased a king size mattress and adjustable base at West Springfield (MA) store. We worked with Ray, and he was great at explaining all features and educating us through the process. The mattress was delivered today and that went smoothly too.

Angel was very helpful. He let us look and waited till he felt we might need his advice. He wasn’t pushing he was just very informative and lovely. I found his style very appealing. After a bad experience at a competitor I went to R&F. I sprinted through the store one night to get ideas and measurements, then came back and placed my order the next day. Both of the sales people were kind and helpful. The product was delivered as promised and is perfect for my space. Fast, efficient and friendly....exactly what I was looking for!

Jose was the best. He even knew the friend that I wanted to buy a similar chair from. I ended up with my own recliner chair that worked for us and the space that was available to place it in my home.

Had a great shopping experience with salesperson Ray. He answered all our questions before we even knew we had them and was very good at being available without following us around the store. I ordered a custom couch so I can't speak to that until it arrives but I feel very confident in my purchase, thanks to Ray!

The furniture salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of both advising on the products and the purchase agreement. He gave me also the space I needed to make my own decisions the store itself at many high quality pieces of furniture to choose from.

I've used R&F two times in the last few months for major furniture purchases and have been thoroughly satisfied with the buying and delivery process. In my experience, purchasing in-stock items results in delivery within 2 days. The delivery crews, which were courteous and efficient, delivered the furniture undamaged.

Katie Kovalenko was a fantastic salesperson. She greeted us, asked our needs, and let us take our time to walk around and shop before meeting up with us at our ultimate goal - bedding. She was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. Very impressed that there was no pressure from other salespeople as we walked around. Katie knew her mattresses and how to read her customers. It was a great experience. The picture doesn't show it, but I also purchased the adjustable frame, which is just amazing.

The service exceeded my expectations. Mary Lynne helped me for over an hour while i went back and forth on which living room set would work best for me. She was patient and available, always nearby, but also gave me space which i appreciate. This meant so much to me - It is not every day that you shop for new furniture, and while i found the prices to be reasonable it is still a big purchase.
