Fantastic location in a quiet street. Sometimes difficult to find for Taxis, however near all interesting places, restuarants etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Helpful staff with quick responses.

he stairwell sometimes smelled of feces. The rooms were clean. You don't have to understand certain bathroom constructions, faucet in the bathroom mounted in such a way that you can hardly get anything under it. The most annoying thing was that you could hear everything around you. The walls felt like they were made of cardboard, you could hear every voice in the stairwell (especially the door code sound is unmistakable). You can also hear the party people at night. Although it could have been worse as it's not in the center. Attention, construction site around the block, view is a disaster. Location is very well situated.

Excellent location, large and clean rooms with kitchen and all accessories. Convenient car parking. Above all, excellent support! Travelling with children, we really enjoyed our staying here.

Fantastic location in the old section of Valencia with private parking. You can walk everywhere. The apartment is wonderful with a fully equipped kitchen. But why cook with so many restaurants in the neighbourhood! The owner was very helpful in all aspects of our stay. I have already recommended this location to friends. I would definitely stay there again. Definitely a 5-star experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights and at first had a smaller apartment than we expected compared to what we read about and booked. This was however corrected and we were given the option to change rooms. The new apartment was really nice and adequate for us. The area was great and near to some really great restaurants and walking distance to all the main squares. Was a great holiday.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this place. Fantastic central location within walking distance to everywhere but also very quiet and spotlessly clean

The location was good, in the centre of a downtown with lots of cafes and small restaurants around. I rated it as 4 since the street looked shabby with lots of graffiti albeit it felt safe. Moreover, there were works going on in the street nearby and therefore it was noisy in the mornings even though of course it's not the apartment's fault. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The only thing I didn't like is the shower: the floor was slippery and since there was no shower door, taking a shower always ended with a lot of water spilled on the floor. The TV only had channels in Spanish which was a bit of a downfall considering that we are not Spanish speaking. The host Raul was very welcoming and always assisted us with any query or request. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for 10 days in April. Excellent location, close to all the historic sites, transportation, central market and Turia Park. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. The owner was quick to respond to any requests and inquiries. We would definitely return here should we be in Valencia again.
