Some wonderful views but there is a lot of work that needs to be done to this park.

You know that it is summer time when this food truck comes out. They are only out in the summer but they are well worth the wait! If you haven't tried pupusas, then you you need to try it here. If you have tried pupusas, these are the best around! Come get some and support a local small business! Trust me they are well worth it! They are only there in the summer time and only on Saturday and Sunday. On a normal hot day, they will have the longest line to get food. Eat there in the park and watch a soccer game or take it home.. They are back and open and ready to take your order...let me know what you think about the food...

An amazing view you can't find anywhere else. Clean and safe and perfect for watching sundowns or to take your kids and dogs for picnics. Lots of benches and grass to sit in and take in the atmosphere. Plus some maritime history. I love this park. Such a hidden gem!

Aside from those who live in the community this track is used by schools/organizations for track practice. It is a large track which can accommodate many people, both runners and walkers without being on top of one another. A downer is the middle of the track is never cared for so you cannot see across the track. Those with small children would have to walk/run with their little ones instead of waiting for them on the bleachers. You simply cannot see across the track!!

Love this place. Many places to have a BBQ and lots of shade. Cleanup and reconstruction of the park is ongoing through 2022.

The place looks clean and safe. Kids were out playing including parents with little ones. Didn't like the fact the restroom was closed and sorta needed an ID to use the inside available one.

the old neighborhood is really looking good. enjoyed visiting my friends from twenty years ago. new benches, flowers, and upgraded homes in the red hook area of bklyn. still some crime to watch out for. and parking rules to be aware of.

Quality of the turf is good. Seems like it has been recently resurfaced. Note that the ball fields area is large and spread out among various blocks. If you are going to watch or play a game, figure out which field number you are on ahead of time.

Nice pools and great sprinklers for the kids. You can't have your phone on the deck but it is understandable so you can focus on the kids. The staff was nice. The locker room is spacious and bathrooms was clean for a free activity. I would definitely go back compared to other free pools.

The workers said they would open in 5 mins and I had to wait 30 mins and there making a excuse saying that it would rain.

The place is good, good breeze in the summer and nice view. Good bars and restaurants around. Problem: no restroom around there.

Cool field!! We had a game on Red Hook Soccer field #1, it’s a bit of rough and hard so for our keepers, wear long sleeves on that turf! Easy parking, there was a small set of bleachers and the field is open and fenced around.
