See any doctor there except DR Shaw. I have no idea what his problem is towards me or my kids, I've dealt with him for 13 years and only see him when no other doctors are available and I need my kids seen. Even then it's a waste of time im better off spending the extra money with private insurance to take them to a stat care. Every other doctor there is wonderful and genuine. Zero complaints otherwise.

Dr Shaw is the nicest doc ever! My kids have been going here 7 years and we will never change! Ladies at the desk are very nice !! We never have to wait longer then like 5-10 mins to get called back. Love it ! My daughter seriously loves him so much!!

Absolutely love this office. My boys have both been coming here from birth and Dr. Shaw is always informative and efficient. Highly recommend.

I’m new to the Canton area. Originally from Arizona. Had my first baby last year and chose this facility after trying one before. I have yet to be pleased with the doctors. As a first time mom I’ve been in for her regular visits but whenever she’s been sick the doctors can act a bit rude. Besides the nurse assistants/ nurses seem to do the bare minimum and lack in customer service skills. My last visit the nurse was actually pretty interactive. I usually see Dr. Ram. After the last couple visits we might have to change doctors. The first couple visits she never seemed rushed. But that has changed and I know it can get busy at any doctors office but it’s the way it’s handled that matters. They seemed rushed and referred to my girl as “him” a few times. I did a virtual session recently since I was diagnosed with COVID and my daughter was showing symptoms but it just seemed like an inconvenience. It’s just very discouraging especially as a first time parent you’d think they’d have some patience and be a little bit more thorough. I get places get busy. I work for the public as well and I have ran a little behind myself but it’s absurd to deal with that every visit.

The office is well kept, doctors are kind. We've been seeing Dr. Ram for 10 years and won't leave.

My son and our whole family love Dr. Shaw, he always takes the time out to really figure out the diagnosis. He’s very kind and cares a lot about our well being. All the staff at Canton Pediatrics do an excellent job. We appreciate all your hard work!

Make sure you dont get Dr. T. If you do you will have to wait at least 35-45 minutes after you were supposed to be there. Dr. Shaw on the other hand and it takes less then 5 minutes. Hopefully you dont need to ask to recepionist anything because she has a attitude. I literally just watched someone that came 15 min after me leave cause they are done and my son is still waitin to be seen in pain. Maybe have more rooms for dr t. Idiots run this place.

We have been with dr.shaw for almost 2 years now. He is fantastic with our little guys. Super knowledgeable & really cares about the kiddos. That’s what is super important. If you are looking for somebody to take your little ones to 10/10 recommend. Hardly ever have a wait in the lobby as well. The only thing that I would say we don’t love is the size of the rooms for the visits.

We Love Dr Shaw and his staff! It’s always a fast easy visit and yet he never makes you feel rushed or like he doesn’t have time to listen to the problems you’re having. So glad we found a great place to take the kids couldn’t ask for anything more!

I have taken my daughter to Dr.Shaw for 3 years now and she loves him! This office used to be my family's drs office and I've always come here as a kid (I used to see Dr.Shirali but he retired) many of my family members also go to Shaw and he is awesome.

Dr. Shaw is a wonderful doctor and my kids love him. He's so patient with them and always willing to take the time to explain any treatments and answer questions thoroughly.

Dr.Patel saw our daughter in the hospital after birth and we loved her immediately. She has taken such good care of Ella and even reassures me I am doing a good job. She has great bedside manner and Ella loves her. We hope to have her as our pediatrician for a long time. We have seen two other doctors at this practice and had great experiences overall. I highly recommend Dr.Patel.

My family absolutely LOVES Dr. T. We’ve been going to him for 20+ years. He was the on call Dr when my first son was born and saw us in the hospital, and we loved him from the start, just kept him as a Doctor. As my daughter is getting older she prefers to see a woman, so she really likes Dr. Patel. Dr. Ram is great too, very kind and thorough. We’ve not had any dealings with Dr. Shaw to be able to give an opinion on him, but the other three are wonderful, kind, and very thorough Doctors! Highly recommend!!

They are okay. They get us in if needed quickly which I like. But as a first time mom, I feel like I get judged when asking questions. Nurses have always been nice, Doctors Ram and Shaw aren't rude but not super friendly.

Awful place and experiences over the years. They are always running behind and you have to sit and wait forever. No one even has the decency to let you know they are running behind and it will be a minute. They even laughed at me when I asked if something was going on that was holding them up. It’s super nice to have a sick kid and then be laughed at while you’re trying to get him looked at so you can get him some medicine to feel better. The place is falling apart, and you can hear everybody in the rooms beside you. Thanks Dr Shaw, But we will be going elsewhere going forward.
