    Has the slowest service ever. One car every 5-10 minutes, half the time you go there they’re out of stock on a lot of items no signage stating that they’re out. You wait an hour to be told to come back earlier tomorrow. Once you finally get half the food you ordered now you get to enjoy your slightly warm food.

    11:15pm in drive through only 4 cars in front and waited 30 Minutes till I received order, workers were busy cleaning the restaurant instead of serving customers as one poor worker was dealt with receiving orders and preparing meals. Slack service not asking for much in return.

    I've been here many times and this is the first time, I leave a bad review. And only, because the bad experience now really outweighs the good ones. Waiting times in drive through are very long, doors close randomly (I guess, that can absolutely happen with Covid). But no one communicated with me, because I actually just wanted to pick up an order. Had to go in the drive through and had to ask for my order to be repacked, because it's been sitting there for 30 minutes. Staff was not talking to me at the window, but for future reference... We can hear you badmouth us through that window. You get really friendly staff too, but majority seems very young and left alone with the responsibility of dealing with problems. Management has to step up and train people better, I think. Still no response to the email my partner sent either. Also had orders repeatedly packed wrong.

    Worst service ever never thought I had to check how many chicken I got before i left I got KFC through drive through 15 piece bucket just to find out when I drove all the way home went to dish it out to my kids there was only 10 pieces quiet easy to take it back right not when you have five kids a baby asleep and shopping to put away KFC is honestly turning in to the worst takeaways store ripping people off there workers are the worst their attitude there customer services quality of food if there was a rating for no star this will be it the head of KFC really need to rethink and re-evaluate there lower hutt store

    Sitting in drive thru watching people who walked in the door 5 mins earlier sitting down with food whilst the cars haven't moved. Typical trashy service and barely warm food.

    Clean and tidy. Mixed bag of staff but when they got my order wrong and I had to drive back there, they let me keep the old order so I was happy!😆 That hasn't happened to since 1985! 😆😆😆 great managerial decision because I was a bit peeved at driving back there 👍👍😊 Edit: since then I've been consistently impressed by the fast and friendly service here. Best KFC store in Wellington? 👍

    Went on. Saturday lunchtime, line out to the street but moved through quickly even for a large order like ours. Average quality, chicken skin often soggy/not crispy, chips not that hot, could be better.

    You're reading this, you probably want some of their chicken! And that's really hard to fault. Ordered the 10-pc Sharing Bucket with 3 Lge P&G. Got 3 lge chips instead. Should have checked before I left the store to avoid disappointment on arriving home. Not a good visit.

    On my last visit i tried getting a car park but the KFC staff take up most of them. Sometimes you see the staff sitting in there vechicles. I ended up in the drive through. When ordering I couldn't upstand lady taking the order. When getting a Summer bucket another lady said she will be right back with a free bucket hat. 5mins later she forgot about the bucket hat and tried to give me another lot of food for that was people behind me.

    Always untidy inside restaurant. Today very busy ,was waiting to be served, Staff member orders her food behind counter ,comes to the front of counter pays for it and walks away. I still waiting ,After about 5 minutes Aurthur appears, and is very friendly and helpful .

    Food could be packed better. The chick who served me was very lovely. I'd give the food a 5/10 because the tower zinger burger was bomb. Chips were cold & not packed to the top. I always have to count the chicken because in the past we have had a few chicken less.

    Got a 20 pack of wicked wings and a couple of O.G chicken tonight and everything was well over cooked and dry. Also have been missing upto 3 pieces of chicken in the past, on multiple occasions. Pretty slack.

    drive thru is a carpark, inside is as bad. Cleanliness is below par inside. Not enough staff, feel bad for staff who have to work at a high paced environment and get abused for minimum wage. Franchise owners need to put more staff on during weekends and not think about cutting back on costs. Level of customer service has fallen due to cost cutting and bad management

    I know these guys are busy, but they need to do their job properly. I didn’t get what I paid for. Came home and checked and items were missing. My fault that thinking people waiting behind me so I didn’t want to hold them up. So I drove off. Not gonna go there again.

    Ordered through the app, got quoted a "collection time", turned up at the quoted time and waited another 25 minutes till the food was ready. If they're that busy just quote a later time so I don't have to stand around.

    Bad service and unapologetic, missing items in order, items wrong size according to what was ordered, chips weren't seasoned. Easily the worst KFC I've ever been to. When there is no other KFC in the region, bad service and the lot becomes inevitable.

    Really slow due to staffing issues and prices have increased dramatically. Drive through was slower than walking in as people were arriving and leaving with food and not even taking about the ubereats drivers. Staff seem under losts of pressure as they are quick to anger with simple queries on how long it will take.

    Variable experience, with at least one of these stars for the fact that it’s fried chicken, which supersedes any slow, indifferent or generally uninterested staff. Good location though and clean enough to not put me off returning.

    The best store I've been to in a while. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed and weren't to busy to help. Chicken came out within 5-10 mins of ordering and it was crispy and juicy. The chips were fresh and well seasoned. Thats all we ask for as KFC customers and we were satisfied.

    I have not had KFC for many years owing to bad quality experiences. This evening I was given the best quality KFC experience, the service was slick and organised, the wait time perfectly reasonable, and the chicken was moist and delicious. I live in the South Island so am not a regular. Thanks to the team this Thurday, top marks!!

    We visit the KFC quite often but this is not the first time I have found things missing from my order. I ordered a twister along with a few other things..came home to find that the twister. Tried calling them but no response. This is not right. And I am sure I am not the only one who has found things missing from their order. Kindly look into this please.

    I was in NZ for my sons wedding from Australia. With no car and raining i rang KFC to get delivery for my dinner. The girl said yes we deliver but you have to order online, i told her i dont know how im not young she got very hostile and rude said she could not deliver or take my order on the phone. Thank goodness Dominos Pizza did not treat me like that and took my order on the phone and delivered hot and fast. Very disturbing behaviour at KFC and ridiculous cant do orders on the phone definately would not recomend going here with people who dont want to even be there and rude to visitors to NZ. Bad experience. I would give zero stars if i could it upset me i was already tired from long delayed flights did not need her welcome.

    Very slow drive thru. Check bag before leaving. Order was missing food items, no utensils or serviettes and cold chips which you would think would be hot and fresh with the amount of people ordering.

    It's KFC so you can't have high expectations but this site is so slow, an hour at night to get your order and by then the chicken is soggy. The store is like a truckstop and the service is near non existent. Avoid the no sugar drinks and their potato and gravy is like salty Play-Doh.

    Didn't realise how small the burgers are now as well as chicken breast in the burger its not that big now, only 3/4 of the bun was full I remember when it would come out the side of the burger and they were fat and juicy. Bun was fresh and so were the chips give them that

    Absolutely ridiculous. Took 45 mins to get 12 pack wicked wings. And that too when I noticed that the store was getting empty and went and asked them about my order. If I didn't ask them, I would have been staying there entire night. Worst management.

    I went to this establishment back in 2010 and the service was absolutely appalling. I waited in line for 15 minutes and the service was non existent. I didn't even get to place an order because the clerk was too busy with personal matters. I ended up leaving in a huff and i won't be coming back

    If I could give a lower rating I would, I tried giving feedback through customer but their response was underwhelming and missed the point entirely. It’s bad enough that a store would change its hours and tell you they have no staff when clearly I can see the staff in store but the fact that you have to go to the door to be told by a person rather than a sign on the door or let’s say before you go into the car park is ridiculous. Block off the entrance if you’re not opening on time, I mean you obviously have cones to block off the drive through.

    Angry & Disappointing. 3 times we have had home delivery order missing our burger combos. So today we went through drive through and orders the bacon stacker burger combo and received a pathetic looking burger with 1 lousy piece of bacon and what looked like someone had stood on it. Have emailed them constantly but all I got offered was a little a useless 15% disc off my next order. What I find ironic is that we are being ripped from off. Paying over $130 plus worth of food each order makes me laugh that all I get offered is a discount. I want my money back for all 3 orders and a voucher for each order to compensate for the inconvenience. I won’t hold my breath

    KFC lower Hutt under renovations so it's a long wait at drive thru (understanding). I order a mega classic bucket, get home with my order which is 10mins drive from where I live and a box that's meant to have 14 pieces only had 12. (Not the first time it's happened). Tried to call them 11 times to be exact? No answer. Not even a manager to answer the phone. Disgusting, I wasn't going to waste gas to go back and stand in that long queue again cos my kids were hungry. Disgusting service, people at the window without a greet or thank you. Food would be good if we got the whole order. Need a senior manager to follow-up on the night workers.

    The Lower Hutt store always has a long queue at the drive-through. However, we were surprised it was a short one tonight. The food was delicious, chicken tasty, and the coleslaw was well done. I had a relative comment that it's better than the food in the Porirua store. We all enjoyed it. Customer service was good.

    What a waste of money. Three small meals and $57 dollars later not worth it. The customer service in this place is awful and the food wasnt even warm. Burgers weren't even made just thrown together.

    Few times it happened that we order via drive thru and we didn't get chips sometimes and sometimes even the wicked wings are not there in the order too. Lesson learnt from there was always check the drive thru order to see if the order is correct.

    Its now been more or less every time we drive to KFC Lower Hutt and their Krusher machine isn't working. Even more frustrating is getting to the branch and having to wait 15 minutes to be served. They have two service points, why is there only 1 person behind the register serving customers? Its a constant let down and very disappointing to say the least. You don't deserve any stars.

    Food fine. Like most KFCs, the drive thru is not long enough for the volume of customers coming through so ends up being a bit chaotic with cars trying to get in and out of the carpark while drive thru cars are stopped in their way.

    Staff are useless and lazy, nearly every time I go there, something is either missing from the order or they're deaf and didn't hear it, 1/2 times i have to circle back around the drive through and make them correct it.

    The gravy burger was very nice and I hope they keep it around, the line wasn't as bad during the day and the cashier was nice and did a great job. First time trying the zinger version of the burger (and in general) and I thought it would be a lot spicier. Either way would go back
