This place is definitely not worth the $263 I was charged for the both of us.We got there when the opened at 9:30am and didn’t leave until 1:30pm that is the longest amount of time we ever spent in a nail salon. Very unprofessional, Cursing, Flirting, not paying attention to the job they were doing. My daughter and I got gel manicures we both have bubbles in our nails and not the designs we wanted done. We were told this is how it is here , we don’t care we do and say what we want to here. We both got Spa pedicures my daughter was burned on the top of her foot and my feet were cut in 8 places I had wood in one of my cuts and an infected toe after these spa pedicures. We will never step a foot into this Establishment again.

Spent 2 hours here for a $53 pedicure. The technician was shaky, the bath water was cold, the leg cremes were freezing, the towels they wraped my legs in were filthy and not warmed, the cling wrap had hairs in it. I was so grossed out and uncomfortable. The "massage" chair worked when it wanted to but then made this awful rubbery squeaking sound that was like nails on a chalkboard. THEN- for the actual pedicure- cut my nails so short they hurt, 4/10 toes were bleeding from cutical cutter, ingrown nails not able to be removed, uneven filing. Exfoliating tool became instantly full of the lotions they used so wasnt actually working and she didn't think to keep rinsing it. I Asked for a white on white French and she paints all 10 toes this strange watered down splotchy white and then I asked her to remove and had to call over another lady who proceeded to google "blanco e blanco" to actually show her a picture of what it should look like. Never again.

I had went the other day for a set of acrylic nails for work. I was cut many times until I was bleeding. I had asked for a pretty simple design which as you can see in photos either some were not finished, not filled in all the way or in general not even the design I had shown. The lady had gotten acrylic on my actual skin which is still there. Some parts of my nails aren’t smooth and instead weirdly shaped due to it. She had cut my cuticle pretty bad that it is now infected. She had also added a pink base which wasn’t even in the photo I had shown her. With all going wrong and the pain I had already now been in due to what she’s done to my nails, I had just let her finish to leave but I was beyond unhappy with everything. I am a cosmetologist myself, I am fully aware of what she shouldn’t of done which included dropped ahead to a file and using it on me right after without cleaning it. I 100% do not suggest this salon to absolutely anyone

Worst pedicure ever. Cold water. Cold lotion. Callus shaver used and my toe was bleeding. Instead of softening the callus, technician presses harder. Massage was below average. Technician had an attitude when I asked her to not use cuticle tool. Will never go back.

Do you know I’ve been coming here for a long time but when they just charge me $90 for my daughter to get a Manny and petty and me to get a pedicure I am literally disgusted honestly

Terrible service girl unorganized cut my cuticles made me bleed. Did not know how to use machine on nails. Left all bumpy and thick. Huge disappointment
