What a joke!!! I ordered 3 extra sauces and you filled the box with my sauces that I PAID FOR! I don’t think you added enough salt!!! Sarcasm cause all I taste is salt - Ew Ew Absolutely EW!!! Never again. I can’t believe at one point and time I worked for this company… So disgusting! This was part of the 2 for 30 deal PS I DIDNT EAT ANY WHEN I TOOK THIS PICTURE… where’s my food!

It was EXCELLENT!! Justin our server was Wonderful!!! He Told us about the specials, food came out just like in the picture on the menu. Bathroom was clean. Prices were fair. Definitely going back!!! HIGHLY recommend.

Fast service food was plentiful and hot. Every guest that was dining kept there conversation low so as not to destroy the atmosphere there was 4 adults and one child 2 yrs old

The food is always good every time I come here to this exact location, excellent location, very nice atmosphere, the waitress was very nice, helpful, polite and friendly I’m definitely coming back here.

Burgers not cooked as requested then waitress tells us we needed to ask for them well done to get them the way we wanted. They did remake them and then they were good. Otherwise "2 for" deal still a good value.

Almost an hr and half wait for a table for 8 people. Whike they let groups of 6 and 4 go ahead. Manager didnt really seem to care and wanted us to show sympathy for him. Half the food orders were missing items... 3 hes of my life wasted. Thanks for a great time applebees

I checked in for a pick up with a delivery service app, I was told the order would be brought out to me in my vehicle. Waiting patiently and able to see clearly through the glass door, I noticed bagged meals placed on the counter and employees looking out the glass door but not bringing anything out. (Surely these meals can't be the one I'm waiting for) After watching other gig workers stopping and picking up their orders, I 👀 waited about 5 minutes and see the same bag that's been sitting and getting cold. (Could this be my order)I got out to check how much longer the wait would be and was disappointed to find that bag was mine.

The absolutely worse server I have ever encountered. If you don't like your job, move on. Service was slow almost to the point of being ignored. Food was average. 2/17/24 Ordered a $30 steak. The steak was inedible, with a vein of grizzle and fat running down it's center. How does this establishment still survive? smh

Pretty solid as far as Applebees goes. The service is always fairly quick although it can get very busy. The food is decent and usually pretty good. It’s pretty much what you expect for an Applebees

Came in to dine, Alicia took care of myself and my group she was very attentive. Recommended some apps that we loved and made sure our drinks and refills were full always. She was outstanding!

Wait time takes forever and it's definitely not worth it, since the service isn't that good either. The servers are fine, but the time you have to wait to get served is outrageous especially when I went (it wasn't empty, but there were barely any customers). Food is alright, not the best but it works out in the end. The prices are alright as well. Even with the complaints I stated above, I'll still be coming back either way

I had dinner at the Shirley Applebees a few nights ago and it was amazing! Our server Maria went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinner and made the overall experience very fun and enjoyable, excellent customer service and food! We will definitely be back soon!

Laurence was my server this evening and he was the absolute best! Quickest drinks I had ever got and he listened to all of the instructions for my complicated order with no hesitation and 100% accuracy! Thank you Laurence!

i had such an amazing experience when i sat with taylor. she was amazing and constantly at my table asking if i needed anything. she is definitely the best server i’ve ever sat with. i will request to sit with her more often.
