This place is heaven. I wish I could stay here forever. The villa we were staying at was amazing, the views from here are gorgeous, there is access to a small private beach as well, it had a fully equipped kitchen and full laundry with washer & dryer. Perfect for families on vacation. The villa management was very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us for airport transfers and sightseeing. The nearest market is at Sigatoka town from where you can purchase groceries and everything you need for your stay. The views from the villa all throughout the day are simply amazing. They even have a beautiful bure on the property itself! I hope I can come back again someday!

We had the most wonderful week staying at the Malaquerequere Villas. The accommodation is in a beautiful location looking out over the sea and has all the comforts one could think to have. The houses were large, spacious and well decorated, and had everything we needed like cookware, aircon, pool towels, etc. The pool was also fantastic and we found that despite there being other guests in surrounding villas we really felt the accommodation was very private and serene. We highly recommend staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! A huge thank you to Kelera, Rusi and Clarke for making our stay so seamless and fantastic, answering all our questions and helping us so much - your hospitality really made this experience 10/10.

We are on our last night here and I couldn't be anymore sadder to leave, had the most wonderful time staying here, even visited a resort not far from here and the crowded, noisy place made me thankful we were staying in such a quiet, peaceful and private place. The hosts were beyond wonderful and accommodating, the villa itself it's beautiful (We stayed in villa 2) which is right at the front of the amazing views, when we'd leave to venture around Fiji we'd always come back to a spotless place, beds made, bathrooms cleaned, everything stocked up. The entire place is immaculate, Rosi even made things a little bit more easier for us and booked all of our adventures. Thank you guys for an unforgettable time here. I hope to one day return

We loved the Malaqereqere Villas! We were a group of 6 adults and brought some meat and our own wine over from NZ so having our own cooking facilities was important. These villas suited us because we love to cook and really wanted to enjoy our own space. We pretty much had the whole space to ourselves as the other villas didn’t appear to be booked out during our stay. The view is breathtaking and you are so close to Sigatoka which is a popular town for fresh markets on a Saturday. We enjoyed a coffee and explored the town and then caught a local ride back to our accommodation in the back of a Ute and had a blast! We also walked 20mins down the Rd from our villa to a local non tourist beach and were pleasantly greeted by some local children while at the beach and also by all the locals while walking. It was a very humbling and beautiful memory of our trip. It is around 70-90min drive away from Denarau which is your typical tourist hit spot and the most accessible spot to take day tours out to the island but that didn’t bother us as these villas suited us and we were happy to travel the distance. We would stay here again in a heart beat, thanks for such a beautiful spot Makaqereqere Villas 😊

The accommodation was certainly not "polished". We were unable to even unpack because the wardrobes were dirty. It reminded me of hostel accomodation or glamping - basic beds, dated, not serviced and generally a bit grotty. Dogs barked outside the villa from 3am and then cockerels begun about 4am! There was also a fair amount of road noise. The beach is lovely to look at but you can't swim there and it's a little walk from the villas. There is a small swimming pool for all four villas to share, but nothing else. It is definitely worth hiring a car because there is nothing within walking distance in terms of supplies. We visited other resorts and went out for day trips, which worked pretty well.

Amazing! Could not have been happier and more relaxed! Sadly we shared the space with a noisy family but to be honest nothing could detract from the magic of this villa. We were made at home. Never intruded on but still had a wonderful relationship with the people working here. Could not have asked for more!!! 100% can't wait to be back!

If you stay in this property please plan to cook as there is no food delivered
