Unfortunately not a nice experience. The store itself is beautiful and organized and it’s obvious that the person setting it up seems to care about what they do, but that’s where my praise ends. The staff wasn’t very welcoming, and they kept taking the crystals I picked from me so I couldn’t compare them to others in the store or keep an eye on what I had actually picked so far. Instead, I would have appreciated to be given a little basket to put all the crystals in there. Also, they add 11% taxes to each stone which isn’t clearly written anywhere, so you’re a bit blindsided when it comes to paying. Furthermore, the remove the price tags from all the crystals and when I got home I realized that they also hadn’t given me a receipt for my purchase. There were also no cards included about the different stones nor their meaning. All in all, a very underwhelming experience, with staff that couldn’t even muster up a smile, loveless packaging (only bubble wrap) and intransparent pricing. I paid 120€ for all these and would have gotten them not only cheaper elsewhere but also be given information about how they’re sourced. Very disappointing and not worth the hype.

Bought an obsidian ring about a month ago, it's pretty and perfectly fit in my finger and skin color. Unfortunately, i just notice (just now) that the stone is not really attached very well to the binding wire anymore :( never wear it while i am in the shower or swimming. I was wondering if you can help with the service..

Very nice shop with good assortment. The shop keeper is very friendly and ready to help. I got a very unique necklace which I like a lot, I only forgot to ask the names of the stones unfortunately.

This shop has a very special energy like the owner of it, with whom I had an instant connection. I found exactly what I needed for my altar setup and more.the pieces are carefully & beautifully created, the store is mindfully arranged and there are a variety of objects that deserve the attention. The shop owner is very knowledgeable and has guided me with precious information about the pieces I was looking for. Will definitely come back again and I can recommend this place with all my heart. Go see for yourselves and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Loved loved loved the agate rings I got from this beautiful, lovely shop but wasn't very careful and immediately broke my green agate ring as soon as I got back home to the US. Really wanted to be able to purchase another and have it mailed to me if possible, would love to get more info on how I'd be able to do so!
