After an exhausting day looking after my sick family, I walked to the nearest restaurant I could find. I ordered the veg curry and rice after specifically checking if they put tofu in it. I mentioned tofu specifically 3 times because I know how this story often ends. I also asked for NO cabbage and that I wanted it spicy, “You can add extra chili, and then some more”. I received some watery coconut curry-ish-flavoured cabbage soup, with two beans and an eight of a julienned carrot…no tofu. If you don’t serve something then be honest and say so. Honestly, after the day I had, eating some poorly flavoured rice was not what I had in mind. So utterly dissatisfied.

Ants crawling my plate. I ordered a noodle with chicken and got fast noodles with a plate crawling with ants. No it’s not a joke. Quickly the staff got in, wiped the plate of or the ants and served me the same food. Really really disgusting. The food was badly prepared and tasteless. The staff was friendly and the place was nice. I am really trying to give it two stars. But how they handled my ants on the plate was awful.

This resto also provided a homestay. But I think after covid-19 not ready 100%. Because need a lot of cleaning and renovation. Especially in bathroom and room number 1, which was my room. The wall need repaint and need clean up from spiderweb. But don’t get you wrong, the service of the employees very good. So nice and had perfect gestures welcoming, also always smile. The price very affordable. Thankyou for your service. Ohya, I think I left my sunglasses on the porch. That’s okay.

The double chicken burger is terrible. It is blended whatever then stuck together and put in a burger bun with the most processed cheese. With about 2 French fries as the side. Would not recommend the place. Especially the chicken and chips meal.

I was working from that restaurant. they supported me with electricity extension cord. WiFi was good almost all time but then started to lag during one video call. but Internet is often bad in Indonesia. they have good local food for affordable prices, cheaper than on the first line next to the beach. couldn't pay by card.

There are a lot of food options here for a good price. We only had some raw pieces of chicken once, but the other times the food was amazing! We also loved the fries that came with some dishes and the milkshakes were nice. Also the cap cay chicken was amazing. Besides all that, they play amazing music and the staff is really sweet and funny :)

Probably one of the best earrings we have come across! Really great menu and very reasonable price. The staff are so lovely and accommodating too☺️ have been twice already and will be returning for a third time! Really recommend the bruschetta and chicken curry katsu!

Great restaurant with local and western food. We went twice because we really liked it. Portion are not big but at a fair price so you can try multiple plates (which is nice because they have a big menu). The staff is so kind and really go out of their way so you have the best experience possible. Would totally go back!

Could not recommend this place any more! Literally our daily stop in. Not only for the great food, but the amazing service from the boys. Special shout-out to our main man Wadi and Tommy! These boys are the reason we keep coming back day after day. If there was 10 stars, they would get 12. Power went out one night and they set the mood with a candle lit dinner. So bloody good!

We can absolutly recommend! Really cheap, good food. (nice vegan options) The best staff, we ended up talking 1 hour after we paid because they were so nice. They even gifted us bananas and a dragonfruit for free. Worth a try! 🥰

Very nice local restaurant on gili trawangan. It's one street away from the beach. We ordered nasi goreng vegetable which was very good. Multiple vegetarian options available. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English. We would come again. 100% recommend

A fantastic place to spend the evening - really friendly staff, great food, awesome fried banana and local meals for really good prices and also great selection of cocktails and fresh juices. So far the best dinner place on Gillis we experienced.

Good place to eat without the confusion of the beach area but still close enough. The food was very good and the staff friendly, as usual in this country. We didn't have to wait long for the food too. On the walls there are all blackboards with the Indonesian translation of common used words and sentences, very cool idea!

It was very nice place with local food. It is not on the main road so you can easily miss it. The Staff are very polite but you need to somwtimes use easy words or gesture because their English isn't not the best. But I really liked all the labels with Indonesian-English translation. Had a very domestic feeling. The prices here are very low you can get nasi goreng about 15k.

Seafood curry is really nice. Just make sure it is not too spicy. The smoothies are wonderful. Try avocado smoothie! The staff is so kind and always smiling :)

It was the 22.05.2019 . I was on vacation in Gili T and found this place with actually very friendly staff and reasonable prices. For me and my friend I was traveling with, it was the place we always went, cause food tasted good and it wasn’t expensive. However, that day I went there and ordered Chicken Cap Cay. A Chicken soup, which actually tasted nice. I woke up around 4:30AM and was super hot, but felt so cold and was shaking on my entire body. Short after I threw up, diarrhea and I was basically paralysed. I’m not kidding I had to use my hands and hold on to the wall to stabilise myself. Speaking was very difficult for me and I thought it’s gonna be fine in 2 days, cause I booked a trekking trip up to Mt. Rinjani. I had to cancel it, cause that food poisoning accompanied me for exactly 10 days. Also the last days on Bali were ruined. I layed in my dorm bed and suffered. I never experienced such a strong food poisoning. I had to go in Malaysia to a hospital to get antibiotics. Then I got better. I’m 100% sure it was from this place, cause my meal before “the thank you bar” was 6 hours in the past. Just be careful what you eat here and hope you gonna be fine.
