The best ever holiday in my life, thankyou Oberoi resort 🙌🏽 3 days spending our family trip in Lombok such a really best experience. the food was super great ! From Breakfast, snack time and Dinner! I really enjoy every bite I ate there. the service is excellent they are very friendly and helpful the room and facilities is just great. The best place to enjoy The sunset. We have everything only in one place 🥂.

I stayed there end of Jan. From the moment of arrival, you will be greeted by friendly and welcoming staff with flowers, welcome drinks and small cakes. I was surprised to see all hotel personnel always genuinely smiling regardless of what they do, any time of the day, which make you feel particularly special. Food was great and menu included variety of Indonesian, Western and Indian dishes. Chef was personally greeting guests and asked for feedback, which was nice. Out of 3 nights we stayed, they had live instrumental music every night and 1 amazing dance performance with guests invited to dance on stage too) I could feel personal touch during our stay and hotel could accommodate couple of special requests we had, being flexible and understanding. I read good reviews prior to booking and my stay definitely exceeded expectations. My only worry was the weather, considering it's the beginning of low season. But we were lucky with all days sunny and only one day short drizzle for couple of hours. The benefit of lower season is the hotel is not packed, prices are very reasonable, and you get all the attention. On the other hand, I have not spotted many kids, maybe because of the season. My daughter is 9 and majority of children were older. Hotel doesn't position itself as honeymoon or couples, if I'm not wrong. To me it is nice family hotel. Although there were some children activities, but including or promoting more kids' stuff might attract more family travelers. For example, our daughter was not enthusiastic to go to the mountains and do any kind of hiking. Normally, she would stay in a kid's club while we are exploring. Hotel provides babysitting, but it's not a substitution of kid's club with all fun activities. If the demand among families will be higher, this is something that would be good to consider in future. Hotel is perfectly located. It takes 1.5 hours to go to hotel from / to the airport and the road is not that winding as I was thinking initially. Traffic was not an issue in our case, drove at 1pm weekend from the airport and 8am weekday from the hotel to the airport. The best thing is, that hotel is very close to 3 Gili islands which you can cover during half day trip. It's 20 min by speedboat and you can combine with snorkeling and stop overs on the islands. It seems that you are staying in quieter resort, while it is just a short boat trip to the bustling Gili Trawangan with all nightlife etc, and the hotel can arrange a boat to take you for dinner there and back. I am experienced traveler, but rarely leave the reviews))), and I do complain and can demand / expect high level of service. Staying at this hotel make me want to come back, and definitely I will consider Oberoi for other locations.

WOW WOW WOW Very lucky to spend a few days at this beautiful hotel. Every need and want has been thought of, attention to detail is second to none. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are amazing we had a beach garden room with a lovely view. Huge bed & bathroom refreshments in the room (mini bar) Amazing infinity pool Large comfortable lounges! My favourite hotel! I can use one word to sum up this hotel's comfort, landscape, cuisine and customer service - luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel if your main objective is comfort and luxury. There are also fun activities. I dived and visited the Gili Islands with a guide from the hotel. I anticipate my next trip!

We had a fab 5 night stay here as part of our honeymoon. Exceptional staff, beautiful villa and delicious breakfasts. Great amenities such as spa, tennis courts, kayak etc. Also activities such as an art class and village tour which were both good fun.

I walked away from our start at the Oberoi feeling completely refreshed and pampered. There are few hotels that pay as close attention to service as the Oberoi. We were treated like royalty. 👑 Beautiful grounds, and delicious food made staying in such an easy choice.

This was our second time staying here, the previous time was 7yr ago. We were welcome back so warmly by the staff, we were so pleased to be back. The rooms are in inaccurate condition, even though the resort has been around a long time the rooms look like they were recently built or renovated to look brand new in every aspect. The staff are incredibly well trained and polite, as good as I’ve seen in all my travels in Bali and Indonesia. The food is fantastic and the beach is great for swimming and we made good use of the snorkeling equipment and stand up paddle boards. It’s the best spot for sunset also to enjoy a drink by the pool. We will definitely be back, thanks for hosting our wonderful stay!

Absolutely wonderful Such a great experience from pickup to drop-off. The team, hotel facilities, transportation, landscape, hospitality, service, cuisine, beach, pools and overall experience was beyond measure. The chef and cuisine is impeccable; from Indonesian, Indian and Western flavours - all were delicious! The staff are very nice and know exactly what to do to go over and above whilst remaining humble and gracious. The rooms and views are amazing. A tranquil oasis away from the noise with elevated service and amazing sunsets and sunrises. Programmes and tours were great as we had multiple options to choose from. A special thanks to the overall restaurant staff, pool attendees, taxi drivers, Gilli Islands snorkelling/dive crew, masseuse, Concierge, GM, chef, gardeners, housekeepers and overall staff who were so gracious and helpful. The team really know how to create an experience and this was truly a very memorable one. A minor suggestion would be to replace the flag system with a QR code / app. Overall, a flawless service!

Wow! What a week we had at the Oberoi in Lombok. We were absolutely blown away by the staff, it was the best customer experience we have ever received in our lives. They were all so friendly and attentive, remembered our names and even lined up in reception to say goodbye when we left! On top of this, the hotel facilities and location are flawless. Beautiful and equipped rooms, private beach, pool, gym and spa. The food at each of the hotel restaurants was incredible, some of the best meals we've eaten in the whole of Indonesia! You literally cannot fault this resort! Thank you to the Oberoi team for making our holiday!

Gorgeous resort set on a beautiful landscaped corner of Lombok with a beautiful beach. The rooms are large and comfortable with lots of local touches in the decor. Greta toiletries by Sensatia brand. The food is great and they actually have good vegan options that were delicious. The food and drinks were much more expensive than most places in Indonesia though. The service was excellent, everyone was lovely and helpful. A great place to get away from it all

Awesome hotel in a very quiet part of the island. The meals are are excellent and the room service dinning experience is first class. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The snorkeling team are brilliant with kids.

Tropical paradise on earth! Service and premises are unparalleled. We were treated to a villa upgrade and various room complements for our anniversary. I'm grateful we got to experience the villa with private pool -- you will not regret booking this! (note: we stayed towards the end of Ramadan, noise was manageable)

An Absolute Paradise!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the exceptional staff to the heavenly spa, breathtaking views, and top-notch service, this place is an absolute gem. The room exceeded our expectations in every way, with a garden view villa that boasted not one, but two private terraces. The bathroom was a luxurious haven, impressively spacious. The added touch of a pillow menu was a delightful surprise, and the fact that our room was tidied up twice a day added an extra layer of comfort. Our stay at the beginning of our Lombok and Sumbawa round trip was so incredible that we couldn't resist returning at the end. It's worth noting that while this place sets the bar incredibly high, it might make other hotels pale in comparison, but that's a testament to how exceptional this paradise truly is. A special nod to the gracious general manager whose kindness added to the overall warmth of the experience. Without a doubt, we would jump at the chance to stay here again. A 💯% recommendation from us!

Amazing property with attentive and accommodating staff. We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon and the extra details they added to our stay were really special. With all the facilities and inclusions they offer you don’t really need to leave the property if only staying for a few days. Gorgeous sunsets, lovely breakfasts and beautiful beach.

Had a wonderful weekend at The Oberoi. Not a lot to say which hasn’t been said before. Everything was quite literally perfect; their attention to detail is remarkable. The only improvement I could suggest is maybe more sun loungers around the pool - most of them are facing the ocean. Very highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful peaceful, quiet, relaxing holiday. The resort was absolutely beautiful. - The customer service is exceptional - the staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind, they work really hard to make your stay comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for them. - The menus are extensive and the food fantastic. The wonderful chef and his team even cooked us things that weren't on the menu that we asked for. The donuts at breakfast were the lightest freshest donuts I've ever eaten in my life. - The spa is so relaxing and the treatments wonderfully luxurious. - The views are stunning and the grounds too - the amount of gardening to keep it this way is phenomenal - and you never even hear the use of any power tools - it seems to be all done with manual tools which is an incredible feat! - The snorkelling trip was amazing - I've never seen so many turtles and we saw a couple of really big ones - it was really special - Special mention to the lovely Harry from the pool/bar area who took such good care of us - The attention to detail here is very impressive - they tidied our charger cables with velcro ties, they provided ear plugs, there is a pillow menu, they ask what fruit you like in particular in the rooms and provide you with it. They saw me looking at the fish in the pond at dinner and brought over bread for me to feed them with! - We loved the daily activities - my favourite was painting - The orange madelines at afternoon tea blew my mind! Thank you all so much for such a beautiful holiday!

This place is really paradise on earth, everywhere you look is like a postcard. Super relaxing and the service is friendly and the property is immaculate. Really great snorkeling at the Gilli islands including lots of turtle action. Meals and drinks are top quality but be prepared to pay western prices. The resort is fairly isolated so it's not possible to wander off to local restaurants etc. Staff are wonderful. Great place for a honeymoon or special occasion.

This is one very special hotel. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were excellently looked after by a caring and friendly staff. There was nothing that was too much trouble and by the end of our stay there were a number of staff who felt like friends and that we were part of the Oberoi family. Probably the best hotel that I have ever stayed in.

Very good place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well decorated rooms and good food. Unfortunately its very far from mataram city so there are no place of interest near here. The place is also difficult to find, i recommend placing signpost. If you have extra cash, this is the place to stay.

We had the most amazing time staying at the Oberoi in Lombok. It was the best customer service experience we have experienced - perfect from pick-up at the airport straight through to check out. The personalized touches from the staff in recognition of our honeymoon meant a lot to us. Every member of the team (dive crew, spa staff, front reception, beachside staff, porters, etc.) are all impeccable and friendly. Aside from this, the hotel, private beach and accomodations are stunning and will really blow you away. 100% recommend people stay here if they are lucky enough to find themselves in Lombok!

The Oberoi Lombok is by far one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed at. Lombok in itself is an island worth visiting, away from the Bali crowds, with all the amazing nature Indonesia is known for. We stayed at The Oberoi after visiting the Gilis and exploring the North of Lombok, so we really needed a place to recharge our batteries. The hotel turned out to be that and so much more. The property is stunning, with a huge central pool with views to the ocean. There’s a private beach that is one of the best we’ve seen in Indonesia, with views to Mount Agung in Bali. There are plenty of activities everyday, and you can visit the Gilis or just paddleboard, snorkel, or kayak around the property. While we were there, there was also a wood carving activity and morning yoga class. These activities have no extra cost, and are a great way to socialize and meet other guests. Our ocean view villa with pool was a dream, and everyday you get a basket of delicious fresh local fruits and even some cookies before bedtime. Speaking of cookies, one of our favorite parts of our stay was the teatime: the iced tea was delicious, and we got to try many different pastries. All the food at the resort’s restaurants was delicious! We had the sunset dinner and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Everything is amazing at The Oberoi Lombok, but what really stands out is the kindness of the workers and genuine will to create a “once in a lifetime” experience you will never forget.

By far the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed at. My husband and and I only stayed here for three nights but we wished we could’ve stayed longer! The staff at this hotel are AMAZING. Honestly the attention to detail is fantastic and they just go above and beyond in everything they do. Hari and Sayu were so wonderful and our stay here really was phenomenal. Oh and the chef! Every meal was totally delicious. Thank you so much! We definitely plan to come back again!

We spent 3 nights at the Oberoi and the resort was fairly quiet during our stay, with the exception of a family with omnipresent kids. Service is very personable and all staff are smiling and working hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are significantly larger than those at their Bali sister property, though the setup of the buildings itself is a little more creative in Bali by not having long rows of the Pavilion room type connected right next to each other. The pavilion had a large covered terrace, which was especially nice to allow staying outside when it rained…..on the downside it made a room a little dark. The property is fairly isolated, so count on having all or most of your dinners at the hotel. The Lombok Lodge is next door and we went there for dinner one time, just to see it, but considering the very hefty price tag it wasn’t that memorable. The food at the Oberoi was very good and especially their Indian options are highly recommendable.

This exceptional property is one of Indonesia’s best five star, luxury hotels. Located on a substantive piece of verdant land hugging the ocean, the manicured gardens are expansive and serene. The food is exceptional, some of Oberoi’s best, and the cocktails are simply brilliant. Rooms are spacious, elegant and provide a calming, upscale environment to relax in. Service is flawless. Staff are warm, helpful and insightful. Breakfast overlooking the glassy swimming pools and ocean is a daily highlight. The Gilli islands are just 10 minutes by boat and offer extraordinary snorkelling let alone diving. The hotel arranged the tours and they were exceptional. I am sorry I have not been here before but I will most certainly be back soon.

Just best hotel on Lombok I was there visiting my friend But for my opposition it better goes for filming 🎥 than for living. Including priced. Maybe if you're businessman. Than you can fell like prince)

We had a family trip, expectation and price range were on par with all services given. Villa is decent and great, but not phenomenal for the price tag in Lombok. One thing great about this place is the staff, they are sooo well-trained and excellent. Attention to details and needs were occupied. Kudos to the hotel manager and the team, probably the best service team I ever dealt with. Rest of facilities are well-maintained, wood carving was excellent. We went for diving and snorkeling at Gili. One thing that is lacking is entertainment for family, probably card games, table tennis or snooker table would be great in occupying our time here with bonding activities. In other words, its more targeted for couples and not so much for families/siblings/kids which I found lacking here. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Keep doing the great thing with the staff, they are well-deserved and hopefully they are able to read my comment. Thanks all and you guys are awesome!

Luxury resort in Lombok with attentive staff and great Villas. The hotel has a nice pool, so I would suggest that you don't really need one in the villa. If you book via the hotel's website you get free transfer from the airport and I would recommend that plus breakfast. The spa is great and you are extremely close to the Gili islands and you can book a tour via the hotel. Note: the resort is secluded with not much around
