Make reservations through what’s app a week before we arrive , service was attentive and friendly , I reserved lobster , crab 🦀 they have plenty and in different sizes . I had the mix seafood in Singapore chili sauce which consist of crab , cockles quite big , prawn was not that fresh , squid was rather small in size , the lobster we had was fresh . Better to have crab 🦀 here as it’s their signature.

Made reservations and it was packed on a Thurs evening. Chili crab, squid, prawns, kerang was nice. Mozzarella lobster is okay, the lobster wasn’t the most freshest or tastiest i’ve had.. Their rice was also delicious. Taugeh was different and small in size. Good service ✨

Nice meeting room, however WiFi is very very slow. I can't connect internet from my mobile data too. The interior is nice. The food is okay.

Yesterday we ate two very big crabs. 1.33 and 1.93 kg. And we drank 4 glasses of kedondong juice. Those crabs are not only very big but also very fat. Three of us ate them without rice and we felt really very full. But actualy the taste was just so so. Today we came to this restaurant again but we did not eat any crab, but fish, scallops, soka crab. We like the scallops very much.

Shot out to Asep, as the very agile waitress and surely helpful and patiently write down any menus that being ordered. Quite surprised by the speed and the beautiful taste. Not forget to mention the freshness too. However everything comes in a price.

Nice service! They shows you the living crab that will be cooked. Fresh and tasty crab! Becareful of "sambal" (chili and chopped tomato sauce), it's perhaps too spicy for westerners and Japanese.

Some of the food provided is delicious and if you want to find a place to eat that has variety of foods and has air conditioning in Lombok I suggest you come here.

Been visiting CitiCrab for around 7 years.. Service is always nice and fast.. The place is clean and food always fresh.. They really maintain the quality till today.. Very nice place to dine!
