The atmosphere, food taste, price and location are all good. Nearby, there is a good shop to buy gifts called Banyan, so it would be nice to go shopping before eating or going to this restaurant. It was so romantic and beautiful and happy meal with lighting and purple flowers. If you go to Lombok again, you'll definitely visit the restaurant again.

Great restaurant. The starter, garlic prawn and tuna Tatar were very good and my Ayam Taliwang was fantastic

Had an early dinner there once during our stay on Lombok. Nice ambiance altogether but food was not to die for. Greasy and not tasty curry with fish and dry tuna steak, though ok.Prices are average for the island tourists spots. A nice public library and pools table could be found at the back but if it's just for food its really not wow, though ok. Staff is nice .

This is a cute restaurant with a very chill vibe. Some of the dishes were unfortunately, unavailable but what we got was delicious. Not too pricy and large portions.

Great Food at a good price, one of the best places we have eaten in Lombok!! We choose the sasak rijsttafel which is a selection of local dishes. At 125k /pp you get alot and it's all very good! They also gave us a small desert of fruit and coconut cake for free. They do free drinking water by the glass too. Wouldn't hesitate at going back!

Beautiful decor and little pockets of space created throughout the seating area was clever. The food was delicious and we could tell the chocolate cake was made fresh. If you don't want to hear the traffic noise (definitely a lot) asked to be seated inside.

One of the more popular tourist-oriented restaurants on the Senggigi main drag. Cozy, airy seating and great, authentic Indonesian food (I didn't try steaks or such like), though maybe a little bit expensive for what you get.

We walk down the main street in front of the Sheraton. There is more traffic than I expected. A cat greeted me. The attentive service and delicious variety of food was my oasis.

The food was average and a bit to expensive. The French Fries portion was mini. The fisch was very dry. There are better and cheaper food spots in the area.

Very nice food, partly European and Indonesian. Taste for European is very authentic and the taste is great. The service pay a lot of Attention and try to help immediately. I was sitting in the area further away from the street, therefore it was not very loud. However, if you get the area next to the street it might be relative loud. The owners are from Germany as last information, maybe that is why European food is authentic

We really enjoyed our meal at Asmara. We ordered the coconut Chicken, Thai style prawns and the rendang curry. All of the dishes were lovely but we loved the coconut chicken the best. Excellent service and a nice setting to sit and watch the world go by. They also offer a free lift back to your hotel but we had to walk off all the food. Highly recommend.

This quickly became my go-to restaurant near Senggigi! Wonderful food, genuine staff, and great ambience.

I was having a quintessential Lombok's cuisine, the Plecing Kangkung. I am very happy with my choice, and especially the sambal was superbly delicious and proper proper hott.. my English friend had (chicken?) With fries, told me he was very happy with his food but not impressed with the tiny portion of the fries and as well he said wasn't properly made. Overall, we have a good experience and good impression on this restaurant..

The food was delicious but we waited more than an hour to be served. Not a single word of excuse, so I assume it's "normal" time for them. Don't go there if you don't want to wait.

I had my dinner there yesterday , winer schnitzel it was delucious , the waiter muhamed was very nice and friendly, but the best thing was the ambience and the lights in the place

I have eaten at Asmara dozens of times. The food is always excellent and they really pay attention to details. Ice cold Bintang, fresh food, and attentive service. Highly recommend

Food was amazing. It was a bit quiet in there, but we were early and there seem to be not so many tourists. Loved the place, very green with lots of plants. Loved that we could have western food and the tuna steak was perfect.

This is a must try. We had the chicken coconut & banana curry, Beef rendang, & Thai style prawns. All were delicious but the chicken was our favourite

I can really recommend this restaurant. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good staff.. of course the prices are higher than in the local restaurants, but the quality is good and the portions are bigger in my opinion. I don't understand the comments which say that the food is tasteless. I had the Sate Pusut and it was great. The coconut & fish satay was perfect.

Excellent food, the best we have had in Senggigi. Everything is homemade. Very slow and poor service with aloof and unfriendly staff. The tables in the front section are near to the road, and it is noisy and can be difficult to hear the person sat next to you. There is a back section that looks quieter and nicer.

The portions are made for a 5 year old child. Cocktails are good and food really isn’t bad, just ridiculously small

I came here because we passed by with our scooter and it looked nice, we had no expetations, but the food, service and vibes were perfect. I had the vegeterian pie after a rainy day and it was the best. Also the home made croquettes tasted better than the ones from my granddmom, and thats a lot! All the best X

Great service and a lovely venue. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and ate a great rijsttafel with complementary fruit afterwards!
