Absolutely delicious food, everything that came out of the kitchen was amazing. We went back a second time because we couldn't get enough. Really tasty Indian food at a reasonable price. Very worth checking out if you are staying in Sengiggi.

Undoubtedly, The best Indian food in Indonesia. Indian curries, Indian pizza, Roti(bread) tastes like food back home. Tried Indian food all over Indonesia but the taste here is just finger licking good. Would highly recommend this place.

Used to be called Banana Leaf Cafe but renamed to The Leaf Cafe . Staffs is helpful and friendly. Price is reasonable. Seafood is very fresh and the mix sauce is yummy. Not too spicy at all. We ordered: 2 large lobster idr400k 1 calamari idr55 1 whole fish idr100 (around 1kg fish I think) Price is fixed, you need to be choosy and find the best piece huhuhu The grill seafoods are served with white rice and vegetables soup. The owner of this place feed the needy. If you are broke he will freed u for free.

Very very nice experience! 1st: FOOD extremely good, we ordered grilled fish, you can choose directly from the sampling the fish you prefer, taste super good with pineapple sauce (recommended). We take also prawns, there were delicius (recommended too). 2nd: PRICE very honest. 3rd: SERVICE very good, fast enough, always available but never pressing. To make us sure to choose the right sauce to put on the fish they bring us a sample to taste every sauce. Very kind person all the staff. 4th: EXPERIENCE amazing, food is really good, love the playlist, good vibes. 5th EXTRA POINT, the owner Roky invite us to fishing is his property just in the back of the restaurant. He has normal fishes and little sharks. That was very funny, we catch 2 fishes. Not a simple restaurant, need to try! Hope to come back one day to eat another time and try to catch some sharks.

If you want to enjoy Indian food in Lombok, this is the place. We tasted their chicken masala, butter chicken, lamb, etc . We liked all those things but the lamb dish needs to be improved in terms of putting more mutton pieces in it than bones only. Rest everything is good here and you get something for free also like a paratha, tea or anything

The food here is amazing and a must visit for every traveler interested in Indian food. As an Indian it was heaven for me in Lombok. The owner is an ex-chef at 5 star hotels in India. We tried Veggie delight which is basically a thali and enough for 2 people. The tea is amazing. The ambience is normal but anyway there is no point in paying exorbitant amount for ambience.

We ordered Dal Curry and Nan Bread. Food was delicious. We also got free starters (Nachos and 2 dips) and Coffee for free as house Compliments). The service was fabulous, very humble staff. Thank you so much for such great food and hospitality 👍♥️

"The leaf" previously called "The Bannana Leaf" had to move due to last years earthquake. But it totally hasn't changed what the food tastes like it was superb! The food from Rocky's (the owner) exspierience from travelling around the world has enhanced the restaurant Big time. The seafood is to die for ! And the staff are very welcoming. They have to rebuild their life/business due to the quake so I recommend you to give it a try you wont be disappointed. The only problem is I wish I could live nearer to keep coming back ....just loved it

The owner, Mr Rocky so kind bring us to fish market early 5am and bought alot of seafoods which we paid and cook for us for lunch with the family and dinner for free. The foods very delicious. Hope to came back again. Recommended.

Got a big fish for 120k INR which was accompanied by a veggie soup and Salad which were decent enough , the service was pathetic. Firstly the cutlery was bought 10 mins after the BBQ fish was served, the salad another 20 mins later, the juice another 5 mins later. Every 5 mins you have a group of hawkers coming in to sell stuff like bracelets and couple of guys were asking if I would need marijuana! 4 stars for the food and definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant as the service was pathetic and the ambiance zero!!

I had an absolutely delicious vegetarian meal at the Leaf, probably one of the best Indian meals I have had. Highly recommended. The free starter with five different chutneys was awesome.

Staff very nice but food was okay wasn’t very good a lot of the food wasn’t fresh like the nann and rice were not warm. Just not very good Indian food doesn’t live up to how much the ratings praised it. Only one vegetarian option which was a bit surprising. Food is also not cheap

This place was empty the whole time we were here but bare in mind it is now the off season in Lombok. We had our hearts set on having Indian so we gave it a go. Overall everything was tasty but not true Indian in our opinion. The Dahl had no lentils in it but the flavour was okay. Can’t complain too much for the price. The staff were all very nice, just a shame there is no ambience. The vege delight is enough for 2 people :)

Guys definitely come eat here. The food is truly both indian and Mexican cuisine are mouth watering. The people here are also very friendly. The chef has worked all over the world and the food he creates speaks for itself. PS they giving out free paratha. Give it a try they even gave me seconds. Fresh and tasty.

Great variety of fresh Indian and Mexican cuisine. Dinner with family in early December while on a holidays from Australia. Rocky you and your staffs hospitality is amazing. Children kept entertained with board games. Food is very tasty and adjusted to individual taste. Must visit if your in Lombok!

We had the best Chicken Masala, naan bread and various sauces at affordable prices. They even served some free chai latte and a small salad. Very friendly staff. Can highly recommend!

Hi Guys, I never do this but the hospitality, service food and help was the best in Lombok, Senggi - Curry Leave!! The owner / chef gave us the most wonderful meals and plenty complementary / free food. He also lend us his Car and one of the waiters to drive us to the MotoGP for 2 days to pay at our discretion. Please support these good People !!

Great seafood and really kind staff! Good selection of fish in front of the shop to choose from. Note: they use a lot of Indian spices, so if spicy and the taste isn’t your thing be warned :)

The food is very delicious and fresh. The owner is a very kind person also the whole service team is very kindly. From outside it looks like a indian restaurant but when you go there its a fusion restaurant with food from indonesia and india. Its also not expensive like other restaurants around. Had lunch there and ordered the lunch special which was a vegetarian option with dhal, chutneys and naan bread. Also ordered a fish curry with eggplants but when the dish arrived, there were no eggplants in it and the fish was not fresh, it was dry and overcooked, as if it had been boiled for too long. The vegetarian option was alright although one of the naan was not fully cooked. I’m giving it a two star review because the guy working there acted upon my query of lack of eggplants in the curry, and the poppadum that came with the vegetarian option was good for my rice and curry (without fish). The eggplant that finally arrived was actually not bad. All in all, I would not agree that this restaurant serves authentic indian cuisine and it’s more expensive than it deserves to be.

The name has changed to The Curry Leaf and has moved, it is now next to happy cafe. (Google maps needs to update this) Absolutely incredible Indian cuisine. The aloo paratha is delicious. We got to chat with Rocky the owner, legend person.

Ambiente, style, staff and food is just amazing! Especially the food.. the first vegetarian dish where there was absolutely nothing to complain about. I didn't need salt, pepper or spicy sauce in addition! All the ingredients themselves were fresh as well, not just the fresh salad. Extraordinary, especially in comparison with my 2 weeks experience in Indonesia..! :)

Cafe turn to warung only and house became as chicken poultry, shame to see. Food quite good but with small portion menu only chicken/duck fried, and spaghetti with option drink tea hot/cold. If more improvement doing, this cafe will more good to visit

The worst restaurant ever... Claimed to have Indian vegetarian food, but would sat was a bad experience.... The were surprised to have guests as if people never came.... when the food was ordered, it took an hour to come as they had to run to get ingredients... what came tasted horrendous... The cleanliness standards were poor and overall experience was just poor poor poor...

I can definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiters and the owner was super nice and welcomed us with open arms. We ordered a chicken masala with rice, and the portion was a good size, I’m so full right now. A really good price we paid 55 IDR for the portion.
