It's a great mosque. It's big and majestic. The vestibule is grand, & the main hall is vast without any single column. The adzhan is beautiful & the carpet is soft & fluffy. However the aircon is not cool enough & the dome has leaks.

The parking lot is so big and I though there a lot of facility inside. I cannot go inside because I use short pants. But from the outside the design very classy. Brilliant

This is the largest mosque in Lombok and it's open to visitors including non-believers like myself. Of course, only Muslims can go into the reading room. The highlight of the visit is going up to the top of the mineret in a lift to get great views of the island. You can even see Bali. It costs 20,000 IDR per adult for a foreigner (5,000 for a local).

Beautiful, tourism friendly mosque. We stopped by as non-muslims and got a free tour which was great. Cloth to cover are available for free Entrance fee to go to the top is 5000 IDR per person - stunning views especially at sunset - its magical. Highly recommended!

The large mosque has great beauty, and one doesn't have to be a Muslim to visit. A young fellow just inside the east entrance took me upstairs to a mezzanine level to see the interior. Then we went by elevator up to the 13th and 9th floors of the highest tower for a wonderful panoramic view of western Lombok; cost for tower entry is Rp. 10,000.

Go here for the view from one of the towers. Higly recommended. Staff is also very kind. Does not speak English but still very helpful.
