BukitSelong rice fields view point is awesome! A variety of different colored crops create a contrasting patchwork quilt, covering the entire valley with majestic Mount Rinjani. Visitors will reach old traditional settlement BeleqVillage and it is the start point to acess the Viewpoint.

Hike a small hill and we can see green farmland surrounded by mountains. Very beautiful scenery. However, not much space to share on the hill top for a big crowd. There is traditional houses that we can visit at the bottom of the hill. Beware, vehicle access from main road to location is narrow narrow so be patient. Also, stairs can be quite slippery after rain.

5 stars because it takes just a little effort to reach the awesome views from this cliff. Not for adventure seekers (a mere 10minutes and you will reach the cliff top) more for Instagrammers/Tiktokers 😂. Overlooking vegetable farms (which Sembalun is famous for!) and towards the mountainous cliffs, it's a great spot to visit in the early morning. Ticket is not costly and bought at the entry. The parking is across the loket (ticket) counter.

The view was spectacular! Relatively ease to track. It took around 15 mins to the peak. Luckily. I came when the weather was nice and not so many people came. Very recommended for amateur mountaineer! (The road to the parking area guided by Google Maps was not suitable for vehicles. Make sure ask local people, the right road)

This place is magical. Can’t stop to saying MasyaAllah and Wow. Easy to reach, not tired for reach it. But perfect scenery we get. I’m so lucky go in place when the fog was missing, so I can see the wonderful terrace of rice fields and the wonderful Pegasingan hill. We were had fun and blessed.

Great place to see all Sembalun village from up above hill. Nice view even just hiking a little bit. Many spot to take picture from hill, rock and bamboos tree, excellent 👍👍👍

5k for parking 10k each for ticket (negociate because they asked us 20k each at the beginning but we knew the price was 10k) Nice viewpoint, if you go earlier around 7-8am you have chance to be alone and have a good sunlight. You have to walk 10-15min up to reach the viewpoint.

A nice stop for a short pit stop and a photo op. We decided to visit as we were passing thru. Really unique and amazing view, just 10 minutes up the hill. I’d recommend finding your own way on a motorbike or a car rather than signing up for a tour to come here.

There are two view points, they closed the access in between to charge two tickets at 10k for foreigners. If you had to chose one chose number 2 (higher and more lovely). Number one is ok and at entrance they are building a new historical village out of nothing with clay and tatchered roof. If you want to avoid ticket for number 1, instead of entering the car park near the new village just keep walking straight and then on your right you will see the small hill you can easily climb up. The parking is free for both entrances to 1 and 2

there's no queue on entry gate. peaceful place, but so shiny in the morning. don't forget to bring your hat. flying Drone has no charge. Brings your Drone along cuz the view is so good 🥰

This place is such a peculiar destination. A remarkably flat valley which appears to focus on agriculture and organised in a very aesthetically pleasing way, especially against the rugged mountainous backdrop. Driving here from the south requires you to climb through Winding roads with sooooo many monkeys at the side of the road and through an impressive forest. Tip: download an offline map since signal will be poor on the way. Once you get to the town just say you are looking for bukit selong and the locals will direct you about which way to go. The parking fee was 15-25k. Can’t remember exactly. A very small hike to the viewing platform. There is another hike to a viewing spot at a lower altitude. Not sure that one is worth it. Conditions for drone usage are good. The loca town has lots of petrol, hiking tour companies and food/water spots with good telephone signal. It’s hours to get here from kuta but if you appreciate these types of views with few crowds. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful hill to see the field and rinjani mountain . Just came here while the sun rise it will give you another experience. No much people coming in this early morning

Always feel great to revisit this spot many times. Sunset or sunrise hunt never stop amaze me. Make sure you come to this spot, anytime you come to Sembalun village, East Lombok region/district

We visited in the morning to witness the sunrise, and it was a truly unique experience. The best part was the solitude; we had the entire place to ourselves. However, the entrance fee of 10k per person and parking fee of 5k was a small price to pay for the serenity we found. The short hike up to the viewpoint was an adventure in itself. The pathway wasn't well-maintained, and it could get quite slippery, especially after rainfall. There were no proper signs which can be very confusing as the path splits into two directions. I'd recommend wearing proper footwear for safety, but if you're feeling adventurous, like I was, you can even manage the trek in flip flops. The real highlight was the breathtaking view that awaited at the top. I can only imagine that the sunset view would be just as spectacular.

Beautiful sightseeing spot. You have a nice view on the field and the volcano. You also can climb a bit more up on the mountain. Parking costs 10k per person.

They seem to have a competition going on there because they built a fence between the two sights and you have to pay each time 10k. So if you want to go to the top sight, which is much nicer, then make sure to stop at the first viewpoint. I got there in the dark, so I missed the spot.

A very beautiful and natural view. There is a stair to go for hiking,arround 15 -20 mnts to go to the top.you can take photo at photo point like a star shape, that’s why this resort also called as bukit bintang ( Star Hill ).

Stunning scenery - a mosaic of green fields around the base of Rinjani. Misty clouds dropping down into the valley . Take a jacket as it gets quite cool.

Nice cooling weather. Went on a Sunday, was really crowded. The view’s beautiful BUT expect a little hike up! Proper foot wear is advise but the local nail it with flip flops. When they come down then they suffer, as flip flops doesn’t have much grip to the ground.

Amazing place to visit! The track is not too difficult but quite steep. The road to reach the location is narrow. Despite the inconvenience, I will come back to visit because the view and ambient are simply spectacular!

Nice cool place especially for hikers and the outdoor. A beautiful view of the mountians far & beyond. Best to come with a guide so you can get around easier in the comfort of a car.

Great view from above! It’s not far from the main road. I came here during the rainy season, but fortunately I got a bright sunny day at that time. Basically, this is a village based organized tourism spot. You can climb the hill easily, it has steps, but if you want to climb higher, you need a little more effort. Wearing sneakers/ hiking sandals is recommended. You only pay IDR 5K per person and you will have a very beautiful view of hills, mountains, and farms. So green and refreshing! Oh and remember, since it is a higher altitude, make sure you have your warm jacket ready!

Bukit Selong is very good, has a very beautiful view because its place is in a highland making all the scenery around it visible. the green color of the rice makes everything more colorful and natural. the afternoon or evening, this place will be very cold.
