I don't surf but enjoyed watching those who do. A good atmosphere in the waterside cafes between local and foreign surfers. Saw a few broken boards and gashes on legs but this didn't seem to dampen anyone's spirits. It's a bit of a bumpy ride to get there but worth the journey

The only negative thing was the black tattood face Aussie surfer. Very aggresive and dropping in... problaby thinking he owns the spot.

Last 4 km there is no road! Be careful, it’s very hard to get there. And it’s not worth it. Dirty shore, no warungs, no waves, nothing special. Wasted 2 hours going there

Beautiful place... big waves and rocks. Good for Photography. There some lodge for backpacker and stalls selling food and water with normal price. Nice local people at surrounding area, we had almost given up in our way to find this place but locals are very kind to help. Can't be access by car and difficult to reach by scooter. Not recommended for children. There was no electricity on the access road, so you better leave the place before sunset instead you want to stay overnight.

Ugly beach, local shops closed and the beach was filled with rubbish. PS: i hear the surf can go nuts sometimes. Wish i could've at least seen that.

Awesome surf spot between Mid-May - September. The beach sucks though. Shallow and rocky water. Not recommended for beginners.

Last 3 kms are on a dirt road full of rocks. It gets extremely bumpy! If you don’t feel 100% comfortable riding the motorbike it may be best that you dont even try going there!

The wave is not good for beginners, the beach was quite, a public facilities that available was so limited(no atm, no mini/super market) and low hotel facilities, the road around the beach was really dangger, far from the city. But good cliff

πŸ‘ Wonderful Island. Great for snorkeling (pls dont feed fhe fishes) The cottages are/were fine. But the whole Island is in bad condition. Seems like they can not keep up with everything or are too lazy. We have been the only guests on the Island and at night a lot of lights and fans in the other cotta...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Beautiful island, amazing snorkeling spot! Someone is cleaning the beach therefore there is no plastic around... They usually ask around 5k per person for the cleaning, glad to pay it!
