Highly not recommended. 1. No explanation about the price. 2. The price given is unreasonable. 3. Toilets are very dirty, bad, and no water. 4. We are local people the price is expensive. Maybr foreigners will be more expensive.

Nice place the visit, good example of how religion melds into culture and vice versa.

Lingsar temple is a place for Hindus to pray. what uniques for this temple, it is guard by Moslem family and it has a mushalla at the side of the temple. It shows visitors that unity in diversity works here. In temple part that you can enter, there is sacre eel that you can feed. you are lucky if you can see it. there is a donation for entering the temple however it is free to enter the garden. Pura Lingsar celebrate Perang Topat and Maleang Sampi anually. check the agenda if you wanna visit this celebration. The temple are gathering center for local and still be used for praying, thus you may see there is wedding reception or a group of Hindus came for offering. From parking you enter high gate which looks pretty in morning or afternoon, then pass water lili ponds. nice when the lili bloom. there is one bigger pond at the back where people often gather for fishing. also a pancoran siwak (9 showers) that many beliefs if you showers here you can cure your illness.

Parking your bike is 5000 IDR. You have to wear some kind of clothes around your waste if you want to go into the temple area itself and one tends to donate 20000 IDR to borrow them but is not compulsory to donate.

Not shure about this place, the same story as everywhere when guids show old stones or religious origin. Have hoped for more atmosphere

Very nice temple. You need to donate for the respect belt and for the guide which appears out of nowhere even you don’t want him

Water temple that is very at Authentic and compared to the Bali experience this one is not filled with tourists. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We had time to perform the water ritual 3 times as it should be. There are many donation points so keep in mind to carry smaller bills with you. I enjoyed the water ritual and the meeting with Hindu priestess a lot. It gave me the feeling of calmness.

Interesting place. Unofficial guides will approach you and explain everything to get tips. Too bad they try to scam tourists: paying entrance fees but they keep it for themselves.. our guide literally took somebody else’s offering and told us it was for us from the “ priest”🤷🏽‍♀️

We were lucky enough to visit the temple complex on a Hindu festival day. We met many lovely local people who were paying their respects to their ancestors at the temple. The multi faith complex represents the many different cultures and religions found on Lombok. Although the grounds are rather unkempt it is definitely worth visiting. The local guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was fascinating but I thought it was poorly kept in terms of the rubbish about the place. Worth the visit however.

My 2 friends and I counted their 'magic' stones and all 3 of us came up with different numbers consistently!!! You should try counting it. The gardens need some tending to do.

Temple had a nice organic vibe, I don't mind that it wasn't well kept. Be aware of tour guides that try to charge you 50k to enter. You are only required to wear the belt around your waist and you can make a donation at the temple
