The hotel bring excitement to stay, located in the heart of Mataram, the hotel is quite close to many interesting spot in the city. The covid protocol implemented very well to ensure safety and satisfaction for the guest. One thing that i love is they have a big swimming pool inside and the coffee shop has several premium coffee beans to pick.

The hotel, which is located near Sangkareang Park, close to the governor's office and other government buildings, is the choice of foreign officials and guests who want to vacation in Lombok. because the hotel already has a Covid19 health protocol certificate from the Indonesian health department. on of the most strategic hotel location in Mataram city! i haven't experienced yet a night in here, i was here to do some job on FGD things. The service was amazing, the staffs are very great and nice and helpfull as well. The food is another level! it was so tasty, even the breakfast has huge varriants of buffet. Lovely place.

The rooms are not quite well maintained, but it was decently clean. What i like about Santika is always hospitality, and fortunately the staffs here is what the hotel can be proud of. Breakfast variation was OK, but the taste were quite bland for me. Recommended hotel if you are doing some business in Mataram. The hotel was just at the heart of the City.

Beautiful lobby/pool area. Quiet room with decent wifi. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Fitness center is small but serviceable. I had front row seats to a parade that was taking place at the park right across the street when I stayed there which was a bonus.

The hotel is located in the west side of Mataram city, right across Sangkareang Park. The deluxe room is spacious with extra sofa. It is just a four story building but there are plenty of rooms. I think this hotel is a good option in Mataram considering it is a national hotel chain so you know what to expect. The only deficiency to me is the type of its shower that is not adjustable, it needs to be changed.

At center om Mataram city, ice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good food, family friendly. A lot of street food nearby at night.

Pretty old hotel, but comfortable... A bit dark and need more mantainance at the room... The service of the staffs were exellent, good breakfast, and they have good coffee shop at the lobby. I did really enjoy the coffee! You can go swim or do your morning exercise at their gym, even it was not too big but comfortable enough. So far, I was glad to come and stay there!

Hotel Santika Mataram is located on the main street of the city of Mataram, in front of the Sangkareang park which is suitable for walks and culinary delights. 3 star hotel with good rooms and amenities, comfortable mattress and linen. Complete breakfast menu with delicious taste. The front office is friendly and helpful. The basement parking area is indeed narrow but parking is available in front of the lobby. In general, Hotel Santika is highly recommended for a place to stay while in Mataram Lombok.

Only stay 1 night for our transit to sumbawa road trip. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is great. there are many options from the buffet set. It's worth the price we paid.

I liked my stay at Santika in Mataram. Modern facility, nice pool and overall friendly and helpful staff. Fast internet and decent to work from. The location is very central with a small night street food market in front of the door. BUT, don't do laundry with them. I never payed so much for a laundry in my life. Not even in Europe. It took them 3 days (I guess that was another error) and I ended up spending 400'000 IDR for 1-2kg of clothes (normal price is 14'000 IDR/kg). So better go out and do it next door with by a local.

Room size is ideal. Breakfast is ok. Location is fine, close to everywhere. However, my roommate found baby coachroach near the snack service plate during breakfast.

Perfect hotel to stay for business or vacation trip. Loacated in the middle of town & easy acces to public facilities such as city garden, market, mall, etc. It provide room to held event (meeting, wedding party, etc).

Comfort and relaxing. Acoustic need to be improved, high heels tic little bit disturbing. Also rest room exhaust fan too noisy.

Definitely a good city-hotel to spend our staycation. Located in a strategic area, which is easy for us to strolling the city. The food was great, and the most important part are their strict covid protocols. It was a very pleasant experience.

Santika's foods always get great remarks from me. Their strongest point is they serve traditional dishes even during breakfast time. I love that they put plants to cover the pool from the restaurant and the meeting area but I think they need to add a cover on the side of the pool area bordering the lobby. That side was too exposed. I also like that there are stairs that are part of the building architecture, not only emergency stairs, so the guests have other options other than using the elevator. I mean....going up 2, 3, or 4 floors is good for your health. XD I will not write about the room and hospitality. They were good, not too outstanding but nothing disappointing.

Staffs were hospitable and helpful. they even have a swab antigen and pcr testing facility available in-house. very convenient indeed in these times. Food was okay. fresh, clean and adequately tasty. The room however was old and smell mouldy. the bathroom was leaking in the morning and they dared to gave an option not to change bedsheets 👎🏼...why even bother.. covid and everything considered. one more thing..bfast started at 6 and only at 6..for people like me whose having to take the first flite out (0710 with 40mins drve to the airport) is such a mood-buster

Best hotel located in Mataram city, great room, great service

I stayed here for a night after having business in Taliwang, West Sumbawa District. I choose this hotel as my favorite hotel in Mataram is still lockdown. Santika hotel serves as 3* hotel and I agree with the services except rice for breakfast. I think the white rice tasted hard, even like it was cooked unevenly. Just like Santika in Babel and Bukit Tinggi breakfast is still served by officers. The problem is that it takes a long time to queue...

Strategic location in front of public square Sangkareang. The road in front of the hotel lead straight to Cakranegara, the center of local street food in the night.
