First time staying here for 5 nights. Need improvement: - Since the pool bar / resto is way too close with the rooms, make sure that the access should be closed once the bar closed. Or else people will stay there until late and making so much noises, as it happened just now at 1AM. This won't happen if only the management closes the access after midnight, so guests can sleep peacefully. - The rooms are not sound proof as informed in booking.com. However the breakfast and hospitality are great.

Good location, free drinking water outside room, breakfast buffet and comfortable bed but lacked hot water shower (lukewarm at best, cold otherwise) and the service in the restaurant could have been better. It's a fine place to stay for a couple of nights if you don't mind cold showers. Front desk and housekeeping staff very helpful. 100k for a large bintang and the spa is crazy overpriced as well. Grab mart deliver beer and head down the street to Lee's Reflexology for a great massage instead. Pool on third floor is tiny and overrun by children. Gym is sparsely equipped. TV speakers broken and google nest (voice room control) definitely didn't work. Wifi worked well enough except when the power would go out (three times during our two night stay).

Stepping through the lobby Aston Inn, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful

Stay here for 4 nights. Second day, I back to my room at 3 P.M and they dont makeup my room yet. One hour later when im asleep someone open my room, fortunately i lock the door before so it dont open widely. I’m Shock, then scream who is that and running to the door. But, I just found some people just GIGGLE in front of my room. The room service dont ask permittion or knock the door, and just leave. What a terrible service! And the TV is suck too.

It's overall a really great experience staying here in the Aston Inn of Mataram. A nice cozy bed, and clean room always with an adequate view of the city and the environments. Cozy and aesthetic decoration is also a plus from this hotel. Amazing breakfast and varieties of food are available from Appetizers to Desserts. Would recommend staying here for a City Hotel in Mataram, Lombok.

Great room. Was stranded in Mataram due to cancelled flight. Room was very comfortable and good size. Just 5 min taxi ride to the Epicentrum mall. Front office remembered my name like a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is above average i would say. This is my 2nd time here and will prob come back again.

We checked in around 2pm after I felt sick and had to go to the hospital. It was so bad they said I have to stay the night in the hospital. We directly informed the hotel around 6pm. My partner went there to talk to them. There was no compassion at all not even a little discount. Really disappointed.

The staff ASTON INN Mataram were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the friendly concierge who helped with my luggage to the knowledgeable front desk staff who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.

We booked this place to relax after a 4 months sailing trip.. We booked a massage in one of the days and everyone was nice. My partner took his necklace and hung it behind the door. We left the day after and we realised he had forgotten his necklace. We contacted the hotel and the necklace disappeared!!!! Which is impossible!!!! It was hung there!!! Their replies were not good enough!!!! It was something with a great sentimental value to us and it’s very sad someone would take something that doesn’t belong to them….. I would never come back to this place neither recommend to anyone. We travel around the World and already forgot things behind and they are ALWAYS found and at the same place left… super disappointing…..

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for work. The hotel room is equipped with all amenities one needs for a short stay. Room, bed and bedsheet were clean. Comfortable after a long day of work outside. Internet was stable as well. No water bottle is provided inside the room, but water dispensers are available on every floor. The hotel is located besides a small shopping mall. There are food stalls around the hotel making it easy for guests to find lunch or dinner. Their service was impeccable. We had to check out at 4.00 a.m. and asked for take-away breakfast. Before 4 a.m. our breakfasts were ready in boxes.

Nice clean somewhat upmarket hotel. No faults other than a weak coffee at the poolside bar- it's not their specialty so happy nonetheless. Pool towels would be a good addition.

The hotel is really very centrally located in Mataram. You are only a stone's throw away from some of the sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The price is also very fair as a tourist from abroad. The beds are good and the room is clean. The breakfast has a large selection of local hot food, as it is common in Indonesia. For me, a few more cold options would be great. (Sausage, cheese, etc.) To spend a few days in the booth it is a great choice.

Another favorite hotel to stay while in Mataram. It offers services following standards, at least nationwide, so there's nothing new when it comes to service and any tangible measures. For example, it definitely does have pool. So, the hotel will be sort of haven in the eyes of kids. Bring your kids here, and they'll be happy; thus, you'll be happy, too. Strategically located, one can reach the places of interest of the city within minutes of ride. I love the food, and hopefully you're too. One thing for sure, just like hotels of the same nature, Aston Inn Mataram always puts reasonable pricings when it comes to peak season, while other hotels have implement brutal application towards price formation theory. Such fact contributes to the decent value for money it has.

We stayed at Aston Inn Mataram for 6 nights and we had a great experience. We asked for a room with balcony and we were upgraded to a room with pool view without extra charges. After 4nights we were suprised with a platter of fresh fruits in the room. Facilities of the hotel are up to 4star hotel standards. We enjoyed the swiming pool and the gym daily. Rooms have huge and comfortable beds, perfect pillows (special service to choose the best pillow for you), TV with many international movie channels (eg HBO), HDMI connection for laptop. We appreciated the water refill machine on the corridor and the daily refill of coffee and tea. Cleaning took place daily while we had breakfast (perfect timing). Breakfast was diverse and delicious. And the staff of the hotel was very kind & welcoming. Special thanks to Novi from the pool bar who was very friendly, advised us on some delicious local dishes for dinner and also shared with us tips for our upcoming trip to Flores island. Many thanks to all Aston Inn Mataram staff for making our stay amazing.

Apparently they allow people to smoke in the room. Nicotine smell was so strong in our rooms and beds, and it made our stay to rest unconfortable for the rest of the night. Not recommended for non-smoker visitor with family to this island. The reat of the services r ok

Actually this hotel is good enough. Their service is good. But before we come to this hotel I read reviews about this hotel. Someone said that that hotel is located near some tombs and at night there are many dogs which bark the whole night and that disturbs his sleep. So when we arrived we asked for a quiet room from where we can't hear those dogs' bark. And we order just one night to try whether that hotel is quiet enougj or not. But that night we heard those dogs bark. And some lunatics who stay above our room dragged some chair or table at 1 am and 4 am, and made a lot of noise. On top of all of these the air condition in my room is not cold at all. We complained about it and they tried to fix it twice. It became a little bit better but still not cold enough. So the next day we decided to move to another hotel.

The location is very strategist, and it is placed in the center of the mataram city. It takes about 30 minutes to go to nearest beach. Me and my fam stay about 3 days for vacation in lombok and so far so good to experiece in this place. Honestly this place will be the most affordable and satisfiying to stay. Hopefully can come again!

Great room facilities and affordable price. Been here with my friends for my school fieldtrip program. Staffs are excellent and accomodate us well. Had a twin bedroom and it was wonderful. The hotel also located for about 45-mnts from airport. We really had an amazing stay, thank you!

Ok fellas.. for this two days I stay at Aston In Mataram Lombok.. location is great in the centre of Mataram and it having pool also, but personally I prefer astoria poll.. bigger and more comfy, if you guys love gym it's also better at astoria hotel.. in this Aston hotel is not good for gym person (no treadmill).. but over all it's clean.. one thing that I don't like is that at Aston they don't serve water bootle anymore, instead they replace it with water jug and refill it by our self in the hallway (un confinience).. for the breakfast? Let's see tomorrow morning 🤭

Have 1 week training in this hotel with most participant having 1st time flying international and be in Indonesia. Highly appreciated the fast responses of the hotel and very open to feedback and fast resolution. Light in the room was kind of dark, but when I asked for desk lamp, it came quickly. If there is 10 star for service I will definitely give it! Meeting room is well equipped, flipchart paper always ready in stock (we use lots of flipchart paper and they are always ready, unlike other hotel that I experienced), they have a water dispenser so no platic bottle for water (love this!). There is one night when the chef do a grill and sukiyaki bar ... that was so delicious and great experience for our participants, also very well catered the need of our vegetarian and vegan folks. The 3rd floor rooftop-kind seating and swimming pool is also wonderful. Although pool is to small for swimming for adult, work for kids. All in all very satisified with the quality and service of this hotel!Thank you Aston Inn!
