The room was clean, neat, roomy, and you'll get all you could possibly imagine for a business hotel. Front desk was helpful and friendly. One thing that I hate alot was the attitude of the servers in their restaurant. I think they have to be trained how to work in hospitality industry.

Parking area is too small. The parking guy is not helpful enough to find where to park as if we only need room to sleep. Our car need to be somewhere safe and cool too, bro...

I love this hotel nice view, great at second floor, swimming pool, has ping pong table, delicious free breakfast, in the night ate their BBQ package was good deal and extremely Delicious, we ordered more and more

Great big clean rooms . Airconditioning, restaurant, toiletries and a fantastic buffet breakfast. Beautiful staff and close to everything. Shopping, food and anything you need.

Recommended hotel to stay at Mataram City.

I particularly like it ,because when we stay in Mataram wife's bank pays for our stay

At city centre, Mataran. Very convenient to move around to all the beaches and places of interest

Amazing swimming pool, decent lenght to swim lengths and well maintained, really nice to have a proper restaurant within the Hotel, the laundry team rocks it and maintenance as well, they clean spotlessly daily.I would definitely recommend staying here and is a good value for money.

Over all great condition, but the prayers room soo small and only one.

Nice view from the room, nice bed, tasty breakfast with wide option of food. Receptionist's hospitality is average, definitely need improvement. Air conditioner in our room seems like didn't work out properly. Staff needs to smile more to the guest

Bad quality hotel. Price to room condition is not reasonable. Bed, Pillow Sheet is dirty. Somehow the wall and floor as well.

Good place to stay in the center of city, but when in crowd, hard to find place to park

The hotel located in the down town, which means you can easily find food or other goods around the hotel. This could be the best choice while staying in Mataram. They don't serve so many choices for the breakfast. The parking area is not spacious enough.

The room is small , just standard.but the location is the best which is the middle of the shopping center area. At night easy to find someone for or the girls to company with in the karaoke 😂 lounge cause this place has karaoke bar.

Last February, served was very good quality of food for all you can eat. Package include dim sum and bakpao (the bun). Now, the package is changing, the dim sums and the bun, exclude from the all you can eat package The Worse, Food was unfresh/rotten, with dry rice and unfortunatelly I found used food in tom yam soup. Without guilty, they made a thousand reason, and we just paid and left... Should be notice, its Hotel...
