Unfortunately the service was not pleasant because there had to be a long drama about the room-type that did not match our order. The situation is even more uncomfortable when there are "person" staff who are reluctant to admit their mistakes. Making mistakes is a natural thing, the most important thing is how to apologize and fix it so we can trust you again. The hotel business is a business full of consumer trust.

Love the hotel, fair price , nice bed, good room size and clean and also comfortable shower. They have big pool also. Breakfast not too much variance but it's good enough.

located in the middle of the city, there's no building higher than this hotel! what a great experiences i had while stay here, great 2 nights and 3 days. the room was very lovely, got on 10th floor so gow to see nice view night and day, clean room, cozy room, the staffs are very helpful, the food taste amazing. if you have nice budget and want to stay in lombok, really recommend this hotel for sure!

Amazing stay!! First of, the staff is nothing else than extraordinary. Very helpful, convenient and heartful. We almost spent a month there because of an injury. Everyone was so very caring. The place itself is beautiful, extremely comfy, very convenient. Nice pool, nice gym, nice lounge and very good food. A lot of choices for breakfast. You can easily access multiple places for cheap around; restaurants, markets, shopping center, hospital etc. I cannot recommend it more. Perfect!

Nice hotel with mount rinjani as its view,,,, unfortunately it's pretty far from the central of Mataram city

This hotel is lux and modern in the heart of mataram city. The pool is kids friendly. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Staffs are very welcome. There is an additional charge breakfast for kids aged 6-12 yo,It is 50k. Lending plates and spoon from resto to the room would be charged IDR 50K (where becomes my first experience compared to others that was free).

Pak Aditya and his team are so helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Will surely stay there on my next visit to Lombok

its in the middle of the town. there might be a little bit farther to go to any tourism spot, but since there are online public transportation, it wont be so hard to go to nearby famous place such as senggigi beach or the mall.

We are foreign visitors who stayed here on our first trip to Lombok. The hotel itself has nice physical facilities - the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is mostly good, but the restaurant cleanliness needs improvements: 1 waitress just wipes everything onto the floor; another waitress puts cups on the seat, then sprays cleaner all over the table, including into the cups on the seats; lastly, my napkin was used by the prior guest but had not been replaced! The other major issue is the pool: 1. Construction at the hotel means it is very noisy at the pool deck, so you can't chill by the pool, and 2. The pool water isn't clear - it was murky, to bring levels, every day, which definitely didn't make it appealing to jump in. However, the biggest issue for foreign visitors is the isolated location of the hotel - you need a car or taxi to get to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc.

Just stayed here for a night. it was really fun. Awesome building and scenery. Very good hospitality and service of the staffs. So many kind delicious foods of buffet when breakfast . Really yummy. I enjoyed to be there and one day hope I'll be back here to stay for long.

Foods & drinks are nice. The place is clean. Need to set basement car park free for cars so more cars can be parked inside the building..

Very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Especially the reception lady called Juni was very helpfull and always smiling. Stayed a few days for business and it was everytime a pleasure coming into the hotel.

They have a kind staff, always ready to help with our needs. The rooms was okay, sometimes you can hear noises from others room. The restaurant was good, they have complete menu from appetizers, main courses, and dessert.

Perfect hotel for bussiness trip. The located is a lil bit far away from city but nearest with Sate Rembiga Bu Sennasih. The staff was very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was so gewd! There was an Indomie corner for breakfast. A good choice! Love it.

Simply a great hotel. The staff are special, always polite and friendly, always neat and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast included in a very reasonable tarriff. Food is good and coffee great. Excellent value.

It's great in many ways. Clean room and courteous people. Good food with varieties for all guests. Good room views and bed. Provide 2 bottles of water and replenish the consumables like tooth brush, soap etc. Everyone is sooo kind even if we make mistakes.. There's so much to choose from in the breakfast

It's a great hotel, excellent. I was enjoyed the swimming pool and The breakfast particularly. But in my room, the hot water was not function well and that's not good. From my point of view. It got 8 (1 -10 scale).

It's what you'd expect from a business class hotel. Very comfortable rooms and ambiance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. A few things were lacking though. We had to pay the restaurant and room service cash, instead of just booking it on the room. They have no clue about vegetarian and vegan food in the restaurant. We managed to get some, but the menu gave us almost zero choice. One thing we really didn't like is that they pack their cutlery in plastic. Such a waste, especially when you know that on Lombok most waste is just burned.

staying 1 night in lombok astoria is very short stay because everyone considers me like family and like a friend, all the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is amazingly delicious, if i came back to lombok again i will stay in Astoria hotel, thank you all the staff and managers are very good...see you later

Good hotel, good environment and nice service. I'm staying during pandemic, even some service are limited but they still very recomended.

I think this is my favorite hotel in Mataram City. The room is spacious, the breakfast is delicious, there's open and sun-filled area for breakfast, and open air swimming pool. I came here for business, but I'd love to bring my family here

The best hotel in Mataram city. Good service and complete facilities. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The room windows are wide so the view out is very good. Full menu breakfast and good taste of food. American and oriental breakfast.
