Nice hotel, pretty old but still well maintained. Pool area was clean and they had small pool area for kid, playground and gift shop also available on the hotel. Room was quite big with balcony and chair to relax, bed also comfortable. Cons: 1. The tv only had several international channel 2. In the noon the water on shower was not hot even if you’re switch it to full hot, not even warm. 3. Lights in the room is pretty dim, not so bright. Overall it’s a nice hotel if you wanna stay in central mataram because a lot of shops and restaurants only by walking distace (kfc, mcd, mataram mall, minimart, etc)

Hotel Lombok Raya is one of the oldest hotel in Lombok especially in Mataram City, thought the oldest hotel but they have a good facility

This is an old hotel, but it has a huge green area. The room is spacious with balcony, has quite a variety of breakfast. If it's upgraded by changing the floor and renewing the bathroom, it would be much better.

I stayed at Lombok Raya Hotel for 4 days on a business trip on the recommendation of the Project management Team. The hotel was located in Maratam in the mid-west of Lombok, about an hour's drive from the airport Praya. Arriving in the evening, I couldn't see the outside facilities of the hotel, but I was able to check in quickly with the prompt handling of the friendly reception desk. I woke up a little late in the morning because I was traveling a little and there was an hour difference in time from Jakarta. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and clean. The variety of food was also good for a simple hotel breakfast. The facilities in the hotel room are overall a bit old and outdated. On the second day, I woke up early in the morning as my condition recovered a little, and I was able to walk around the hotel pool and garden facilities. The flowers, trees, and lawn gave a very harmonious view. It was a pity that I couldn't use other hotel services due to my tight schedule. An additional good point is that there are many local restaurants around the hotel, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner without worrying.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view. They have plenty of rooms with comfortable bed. I love the pillow and they fluffy sheets. It's perfect. The room also spacious. Also a nice swimming pool and garden. However. I am so disappointed by the staffs. Most of them didn't have a good attitude and information about the hotel. When I asked the staff about the food ingredients, location of the room or other basic questions which I think they should know as a hotel staffs, they just said that they don't know. I travel around Indonesia a lot, and i found this hotel didn't have a friedly staffs. Not everyone but alomost all of them. I am not happy for that. I hope this hotel can improve they performance.

Comfortable, large, and clean room. The foods are also good and delicious. I'm impressed they provide sajada and quran. Check out process is fast. The staff are friendly and kind. Unfortunately, i don't have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. Hope next time i can stay in this hotel again. Overall is good.

Old hotel with large area. Need renovation and upgrading physically. Good meeting room with excellence, friendly and consistent staff in almost all area of service.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row as we love the Raya and everything about it. Everyone who works here are very kind and friendly and are eager and happy to help you wherever they can. The pool is incredible, as is the pool man and the work he does to keep things tip top! We will be returning.

3+ ( not 4 star) We stayed 1 night, checked no addition rooms and old room location. They showed us 2 rooms new , the new room price was !50,000 more, The sheer patio door curtain torn, it gave negative feeling (housekeeping not checking room after check out) should not be showing this room. We checked out old addition room, good location , clean simple a little worn in bathroom. TV selection good.Small extras good.. Wifi connection a little troubling but ok Muslim buffet breakfast served at 3 am lots of variety. We would have like to have stayed one more night to use all, like the pool just no time. We had good stay.

Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dated, yet spacious enough and the hot water worked nicely. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom area. And the old tv in the room should be added with more channels. Too bad wifi connection sucks in the room area. They had some well-treated gardens outside the rooms and nice pools too. Perfect for family vacations. Foods were so-so and to be honest far from our expectation for a 4-stars hotel standard.

Ask the hotel to put you room upper level so you could get the beautiful sunrise view. Food is ok. Location is in the city. There is supermarket and food restaurants nearby.

The reason why we chose this hotel was because of their good location, and it is. However, i was not happy with the room access card. 1st rokm was failed, can not be opened with the access card. They upgraded us with a better room, but still the access card was not really good. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. The bathroom was also so old and not really clean. They only provide us with very simple amenities (soap, shampoo, towel). The one that I really liked from this hotel was their swimming pool. Ibreally enjoyed their big and spacious swimming pool. We spent 2 nights here, and I just enjoyed their swimming pool fir morning and afternoon swim. Their location is great, downtown lombok and not really far from Mandalika so we can drive towards Mandalika, Sasak, Sade area. Good for business trip but not for holiday.

Please avoid to stay here if u not from lombok. Service so bad and facilities not well maintained. They have a lot seminars here so hotel will crowded. Staff also not friendly if u not a local. Toilet also dirty and smell bad.

I came here just for a meeting. The meeting room is quite good, with a capacity of 42 people. It's just that what's lacking is the inactivity of the wifi even though it is really needed during meetings so I have to use a data package

This is a very good hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights for business pupose. The hotel is vast, with lush garden, big swimming pool, spacious rooms and amazing Grand Ball Room. We used the Rinjani Ball Room for a conference and we were amazed with a Giant LED Screen facility sized of 4meters x 3meters !!!. Fantastic !!!

Everything is top notch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good, but coffee was just kapal api, below standard for a 4★ hotel. The swimming pool was nice. Room was nice, and hot water works good. Only con is that it doesn't have a sign posted up front, so you may not notice it going there. It's not the nearby and more popular Lombok Garden!

Old traditional hotel in Lombok. Offering the swimming pool and gym with beautiful room equipped with nice interior arrangement. The breakfast is marvelous and delicious, and the service is in time and polite. Reasonable price and good service are the attractive points.
