Answer: Ok i am karen, but size of bed is the most important in a room, not the fake tiles. If it is ONLY 1€, you should offer it! You made a mistake on agoda, not me! You put king size but it is 1.6 x 2m. Not even a queen who is 1.8m. Yes you cancel on booking but after 1h, you should do it as soon as you didn’t wanted to offer me 1€. Yes the hotel is nice but i don’t sleep in the lobby… Booked a room on agoda with king size bed. No king size bed in the hotel and they didn’t wanted to gibe me a twin room to put the beds togheter. We have 2 kids. They cheat on the king size bed and i had to cancel by myself with agoda. The owner told me it’s 2m long so it is king size, a normal bed is 1.9… It’s so long, it was 7pm and i took 1h to cancel!!! So 1.4x2m is king size for him…

Spent 1 month here and it was great! The rooms are spacy and comfy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The public spaces are also great. Recommended if you're planning to have a budget trip to lombok and looking for an affordable room

I would highly recommend Grading Guest House!!! I was very impressed with there facilities and service. The photos of the location are accurate and every is clean and tidy. I arrived in Lombok at 1am after taking the boat from Bali. I was really concerned there wouldn’t be anyone available for my check-in. I was extremely happy when I arrived and security met me at the car. They knew my name and had the room prepared with an effortless check in process!!! I was also very happy to find snacks and coffee in reception as everything was closed and I was hungry and tired. My room had fresh clean sheets, towels and a bottle of water!!! The air conditioning was cold and the shower was hot and wifi connection was strong on every level. They offer Motorbike and laundry services as well. Thanks again Grading Guest House

Room is good, internet is fine. The staff is kind of rude and a lot o locals are smoking all the day in the common areas and therefore the stench of smoke permeates the place a lot! Hard to breathe sometimes

We stayed at Gading Guesthouse for one night in a double bed room and liked it. The room and bathroom are clean and looked modern. Price is very cheap. They also printed our documents we needed to extend our visa. Would stay again here.

Very practical hotel. Rooms were clean, except under the bed. No shampoo in the bathroom which is a bit inconvenient but you have a small shop at 5 min walk. The receptionists were all very welcoming. Most of all the wifi worked well. I managed to do a 2 hours meeting with camera on and sharing screen!

Great value for your money. Spacious clean room, comfy bed, AC not superb but good enough, hot shower and friendly staff. Wifi did not really work in my room (301), but in the lobby it was working better. Would definitely stay here again.

Great choice if you're looking for value. Rooms are okay, you can book rooms ahead by online renting services such as OYO. Parking spots were limited, be prepared if you're planning to go by car. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Incredible place! We originally booked for 1 night ended up staying 4! Place is super clean with excellent WiFi, very comfy bed, good working AC. Very close to good local warungs. Lovely staff. They have a little shop where you can buy snacks or hot drinks which was also nice. 10/10

The guest house is located in the central location of Mataram. The room is spacious, clean, and the WiFi works well. The staff are attentive and I had a great stay!

Brilliant hotel for both long and short stays. I stayed here for two months and can honestly say that it's the best hotel in Mataram for anywhere around this price range. The staff and manager are very friendly and accommodating, they are always willing to help and are very trustworthy. In addition to daily room cleans, the whole hotel is cleaned top to bottom daily and is always fresh and tidy. The rooms are spacious and cool, they have a place to hang clothes, drawers, a desk and chair, and hot water in the shower with basic toiletries. There are plenty of common areas around the hotel on each level with sofas, tables, chairs, etc to chill out/eat/chat. I would recommend Gading to anybody staying in Mataram looking for well-priced, clean, comfortable accommodation with friendly and trustworthy staff.

For the price of the room this is one of the best around. Simple basic room, clean, well looked after, friendly staff and the owner is a great guy. Would definitely recommend if looking for a budget stay in Lombok.

I’m sure it’s a generally good place. But this was my experience: at 9.15am, I was in bed, a man opens the door to my room with his key. Maybe he is the cleaner. I tell him he should knock first. He laughs, “sorry sorry”. Message to Manager: This is NOT OK!!!!
