Good hotel in the center of Mataram. It is very strategy hotel for weekend get away holiday. Easy access to every places in the city or outside area. The price is good for cozy place with swimminhpool on the ground near the restaurant. Tired swimming, just lay down on the sleeping chair while enjoying lovely drinks that can be ordered in the restaurant.

Experiencing 14 days for isolation/ self quarantine in this hotel while corona pandemic. poor management, poor services, poor dishes. We have our room has not been being cleaned for 5 days, it is out of informed schedule, we are still here for the next couple of days. Limited amenities, limited compliments, limited clean towels. I wish they are going to improve their service & food quality.

I like this place, it clean and having a huge parking area. The food is also good. The service of the staff is excellent. Quick respond from the staff. At night the swimming pool are is one of the best place to sit with my family members and friends.

Everything was good, the service, the food, the clean room and the supplies, I enjoy my stay here. The only problem is the signal and the hotel's wifi is so weak inside the room, i hope they'll upgrade the wifi :)

The hotel located at Mataram City Down Town. Near with mall. The room is clean, but in my room (311), the air conditioning is not working good. Television channel just indonesian channel. There is just one elevator at hotel. The breakfast is quite completed. The taste is standard

The room is okay, quite big and cozy. The pool red my eyes..too much chlorine perhaps. The foods are okay, totally value for money

One of Lombok's best hotels located in Mataram. I went here to be a digital marketing course for UKM partners of PT Sarana NTB Ventura, 18 Okt 2023. I stay here for 3 days. My 102 room just next to the swimming pool near the back entrance. Perfect spot for me.

Another good hotel to spend your holiday in Lombok. Located in the center of the city which is near to malls, restaurants and minimarkets. Good access for any tour destinations. The breakfast is also good with many variety of food. Very recommended for family staycations!!!
