Its bad condition. Towels are should be change. Floor is dirty, garbage in the corner. There is no water heater to make tea or coffee in the room, but there are complement drinking bottle in the room.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Mataram in Mataram City, Indonesia. After returning from Gili Trawangan, I needed to overnight in Mataram before departing for Jakarta via airplane. The hotel's location is convenient, as it is situated on the same road as Golden Palace Hotel. The Grand Hotel Mataram is a budget hotel, and it is important to note that payment cannot be made via credit card. While the room was not great and the toilet was average, the hotel does provide outdoor tables and seating for smoking or eating, similar to a walkway lobby. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long stay. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond to any requests I had, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Overall, while the Grand Hotel Mataram is not a luxurious or high-end hotel, it is a decent budget option for a short stay in Mataram City. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option with helpful staff, then this hotel may be worth considering.
