...a nice olace to stay in Senggigi ..... very close to Sasaku & Lombok Exotic...easy to buy souvenirs and dinners at both store...

I would all further users of: Agoda as a booking website and Aloravilla as a hotel, strongly recommend to not proceed with booking. We came to the hotel, checked in the room and were greeted by a nasty stink. When we checked for general cleaness, we were not surprised by finding the sheets all dirty and moldy. There were literally black spots on the white sheets. After speaking to the staff, we got offered another room, which was as bad as the other one, so we decided to flee the hotel in disgust. It didnt stop here, because the hotel wouldnt refund the price of the room, while saying that agoda is responsible. Agodas customer support on the other hand side, isnt refunding anything (Never pay a room in advance, that is the lesson). We have now payed for a room we havent slept in. Dont book with agoda. Dont go to Aloravilla!

Great place. Great price. Great ambience. Get best price 375K include breakfast from traveloka. Not expecting too much before from that price but soo excited after stay there. Minus point: in night, lighting too dim (temaram / remang2), so little bit spooky😁😅

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel on the island of Lombok, conveniently situated near the ferry terminal and not far from a shopping center, which was a definite plus. The accommodation consisted of charming bungalows, brand new and remarkably tranquil. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials, including air conditioning, a shower, and a fridge. The highlight of our stay was the accommodating staff who, despite us being an hour late for check-out, allowed us to take our time and depart without any rush. It's safe to say that this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

A lovely resort nearby beach. Room is very clean and big. Design inspired by the Lombok traditional house and furnished all in wooden. Stafs are also friendly. And the most amazing is the sound of Cicadas give you another nature ambiance. Really recommended place and would love to stay again in future..

Truly best for rest because very comfortable bed and pillows, dime lamps,air con and thick curtains. But cannot do work here since the lamp's position so very incovenience for reading or open your laptop. They do have cupboard for tv and put your things inside but no hanger so you have to fold your clothes and ironing it in the morning so the wrinkles won't be so bad. The hospitality are the best though. And everything is clean. Oh and dont forget the pool. So lovely

Nice place to stay, instagramable, cozy, near to Senggigi beach (10 minutes by motorcycle), near to Sesuka gift shop. But the shower water pressure is kinda low, and lack of dust bin outside the room.

So great! Very worth the price, staff's are suuuper nice they bought us towel when we showed up at the pool, breakfast was alacarte, although i can't charge my phone next to my bed cause the electricity was all behind the TV lol but was a super nice stay!

The room is good. Only receptions not ready 24 hours. I came at midnight & found no one staff at front desk

Really great for vacation! Close to Mataram and Senggigi. Rooms big and clean, big space for storage, cool shower room, breakfast nice. Small swimming pool, but it's nice. Love it! Service is great! They even provide afternoon snacks and juice for guests. The place is calm an cozy also, good for family trip. Not recomended for old people because there are so many stairs.

Best price especially when traveloka payday sale. More fit to honeymoon. Clean and nice ambiance. Love this place
