Unfortunately, our boats from Bali to Gili and Lombok were canceled because all ferry boats were canceled due to the weather. No boat for one day, at least, nothing sure for the other days they said. Hundreds of tourists were in the same situation. We booked an hotel on Gili and sunsethouse Lombok and couldn't make the trip. We asked kindly the refund regarding the situation : The Sunsethouse-lombok refuses to refund when the other hotel accepted. Think about it twice before to book Sunsethouse-lombok hotel.

SA799915 SUNSET HOUSE LOMBOK I stayed here for review a certain Merchants Establishment. I desperately looked for a room on that day and found this Sunset hotel. Somewhere in Lombok, the hotel looks very nice and random standard much good to know. But there to stay it has very comfortable room! I love shower with at the bathroom. The view is so breathtaking. All of a sudden the odd guest would start smashing billiard balls around loudly. Billiards/snooker table should be banned at breakfast time. Otherwise it was great here. The view on the ocean is the highlight! Great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room quite standard and they cleaned every day why? It is not fault of the property manager but there are so many vendors passing by all day long from the beach. It can be experienced as very exciting: during breakfast and all day long till evening. I stayed here in Feb 2023. I desperately looked for a room oh that day and found this beautiful hotel. From the outside, the hotel looks very normal and random. Not so much good. But there you go, it has very spacious room! I'm in love with the bathroom. The view is so breathtaking. You could hear the sea breeze from your room. Very calm.

Very attentive and friendly service provided that meet our special requests. Nice beach view right in front of the hotel and the environment and breakfast is great too!

Really like the beachfront room at sunset house. Great view. Comfortable beds and nicw pool. Nice that we can check in early if available. We will be back!

The best hotel ,cute ,greenery, beachy vibes,staff are helpful and friendly. just the pool is not kids friendly caused it's too deep ,1.8m .. food is delicious..was staying the beachfront room , i will definitely come back and stay there again 💓

Without doubt great place to stay.We had an ocean view room,you can't really beat that view and beautiful sunset.Pool is very relaxing and cozy.Special thanks to manager Nisa, she helped us with our bills during check out time.Love this place!

Loved this place. It's not super fancy but it's super cozy and the staff were great. The crew will sort you out with anything you need. We spent our first night in lombok here and loved it so much that we ditched a 5 star resort and returned for our final night. Thanks for everything :) Ps. Managed to score a private pool :)

We stayed 5 nights & really loved it here. Fab room with view of ocean, lovely pool, really friendly owner & staff & great places to eat only a doorstep away. We had dinner in resto one night & thoroughly enjoyed. This will be our go to place to stay in Sengiggi. We rented a bike to explore .

Seems like Sengigi was a great place in the 90s but everything is now empty. Almost no one at the restaurant or at the reception. Room are clean-ish but everything feels outdated.

Amazing place! 😊Good location, close to market, restaurants and ATMs. The workers are very friendly, the breakfast very good. The place has direct access to the sea, a very good position and atmosphere to relax and enjoy. totally recommended

Eventhough the entrance is not so convincing, but the room is very spacious, there is sofa with balcony and although the building is old, but it’s clean!! With comfortable bed sheets and many pillows. And what makes even better is the bathroom extremely clean. And they have small fridge as well. I tried the fried rice for breakfast and it’s not tasty. So i just finished my fruits.

They have Very Big Rooms. Pool by the beach. Clean and Neat. Location is a bit off from the busy tourist hang out. If you have that intention for peace and quiet, 5 stars for you. I was there on a photography session, so most of my time is out field. International TV channels are very very very limited. Well I will be glad to go back for it's great value. :-)

Very nice place to stay. Views from the hotel are great for sunset and beach. You can see the sunset from the sunbeds, Balinese beds or even from rooftop. The outside is beautiful. We stayed at the rooms across the main street (garden view) and they were ok. Bed very comfortable but no luxury rooms. Good to have rest. Rooms with beach views must be nicer. People at the hotel very nice and kind. Had a great time with them. Also very helpful for anything you may need.

Clean. Absolutely fantastic staff. Very good breakfast. Good AC in the room. Quaint pool and lounging areas. Chairs in porch need repair but we didn't ask. Right on the beach. Beach isn't fantastic but it's plenty nice.
