Me
and
my
friends
stayed
here
for
2
nights.
Upon
arrival,
the
local
staff
greet
us
well.
Welcome
drinks
included.
Love
the
orange
juice!
Love
the
esthetics
of
the
place
even
the
unit
was
a
bit
dirty
and
dusty
but
we
didn’t
mind.
The
first
night
was
all
well,
love
the
swimming
pool.
Calming
and
love
the
cool
breeze!
However,
on
the
second
night,
there
were
no
electricity
in
the
middle
of
the
night
at
3am.
Me
and
one
of
my
friend
went
to
the
frontdesk
to
look
for
assistance.
On
our
way
there,
the
owner’s
dog
bark
and
about
to
chase
us.
My
friend
fell
down
while
we’re
panicly
run
from
the
dog.
She
injured
her
knee
and
elbow.
Luckily
the
dog
didn’t
bite
her.
The
owner
came
out,
we
told
him
regarding
our
issue.
Without
any
sorry
for
his
dog
and
have
little
concern
on
my
friend
who
injured.
The
owner
explained
they
need
to
buy
prepaid
for
electricity
usage
for
the
unit
and
that
time
was
3am
in
the
morning,
shop
was
closed.
The
issue
is,
how
is
that
acceptable?
Is
that
even
our
problem?
They
need
to
prepare
all
those
things
as
we
are
already
booked
and
paid
for
2
nights
stay.
They
should
be
aware
at
the
first
place.
Then
we
suggest
for
other
rooms
for
contingency
to
have
a
rest,
charge
our
phones
and
most
importantly
there
were
no
water
as
the
pump
was
not
running
due
to
no
power.
The
owner
tried
to
look
for
unoccupied
unit,
he
mentioned
there
was
only
one
room
available
(1
queen
bed).
We
explained
there
were
4
of
us.
Hence,
we
need
at
least
1
more
bed.
The
communication
and
service
from
the
owner
was
rude
as
he
mentioned
throughout
his
10
years
experience,
he
never
met
such
complicated
customer
like
us.
We
were
seeking
assistance
and
talked
to
him
nicely
though
the
issue
was
merely
unacceptable.
Then
we
agreed
on
the
room
for
temporary.
After
3
minutes
getting
our
stuffs
to
the
temporary
room,
it
was
locked
(while
during
rounding
with
the
owner,
the
room
was
open
and
lights
were
switched
on)
without
informing
us.
We
sadly
returned
back
to
our
unit
and
knowing
we
were
unable
to
do
anything
about
it.
There
were
no
direct
nor
clear
explanation
on
solution
for
us.
Luckily
at
5am,
the
electricity
reset
back
to
normal.
We
honestly
didn’t
care
much
on
the
issue,
however,
at
least
there’s
direct
and
clear
explanation
and
solution
as
what
us
guest
deserves.
Such
terrible
bad
experience.
The
owner
was
blantly
rude
and
unfriendly!
However,
the
local
staffs
are
friendly
and
humble.
Plus
point
for
the
staffs.
