We
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
4
nights
at
this
place
in
early
November
to
celebrate
my
birthday.
The
hotel
was
quite
deserted
at
that
time,
following
the
aftermath
of
the
earthquake,
so
it
was
nice
and
quiet.
The
staffs
were
very
friendly
and
accommodating
throughout
our
stay
but
it
seems
like
they
forgot
/
had
less
attentions
to
details
/
focus
somewhere
else.
First,
when
my
boyfriend
mentioned
about
my
birthday
to
the
receptionist
and
they
promised
to
arrange
a
birthday
cake,
nothing
happened
until
he
had
to
talk
again
to
the
front
desk.
We
also
experienced
that
we
got
a
wake
up
call
at
8am
that
we
didn't
ask.
Good
thing
it
was
8am,
and
we
were
supposed
to
be
awake
anyway,
but
had
it
been
6am,
I
would
have
been
very
grumpy.
There
weren't
many
guests
staying
at
that
time,
was
it
hard
to
double
check
which
room
you're
going
to
call?
We
also
took
a
trip
arranged
by
the
hotel
(that
was
supposedly
arranged
by
the
local
tour,
but
the
hotel
took
over
by
themselves,
only
that
they
backed
out
from
their
own
words
saying
that
the
"entrance
ticket"
was
not
included
when
it
was
obviously
printed
as
included
in
the
booklet.
By
entrance
ticket,
I
meant
a
total
of
300k
for
both
of
us
to
enter
the
national
park
(I'm
still
an
Indonesian
citizen,
so
I
should
be
eligible
for
lower
price,
but
hey..)
But
I
got
a
free
massage
out
of
it,
so
it
was
fine.
On
the
last
night
we
were
out
to
find
dinner,
only
to
find
that
all
the
lights
inside
our
room
were
on
and
the
curtains
were
drawn.
Yes,
I
am
aware
that
the
hotel
staff
has
keys
to
our
room,
and
that
the
concierge
could
come
and
clean
the
room
in
the
morning,
but
I
feel
that
my
privacy
is
a
bit
violated
when
they
went
inside
for
whatever
reason
that
I
didn't
specifically
ask
for.
My
feelings
for
this
hotel
is
little
bit
mixed.
I
see
that
this
hotel
has
potential,
after
all,
it
claims
to
be
a
luxury
resort,
but
it
feels
like
the
staffs
were
rather
half-hearted,
but
I
would
excuse
it
all
to
the
recent
earthquake
that
affected
many
of
the
locals'
lives.
