This one too has a strong 90s vibe. I mean if I were to stay here during the 90s, I must have said this hotel is luxurious and elegant. But for me who is used to more modern style (aka brighter and minimalist) I didn’t really comfortable staying in a hotel with cherry mold style for its furniture. It was still a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds. Views of the ocean. It just gave me some kind of 90s horror vibe 🀣 The food is also not as various as I expected to be from a high star rated hotel

Firstly, the staff are great. Bintara and team have excellent guest management skills. Each one is absolutely accommodating and caring from check out, to meal times to helping secure cars and check out. The rooms however, are dated, and are representative of a 5-star hotel from the 80s and 90s. There are lots of private villas around the area with beautiful ID and definitely more modern. Breakfast at the hotel was rather average and does not vary much from day to day. I'm really not a foodie, but I thought it was not excellent. Think cordial over fresh juices and you get the picture. The saving grace for our family was the stone slide in the pool. The kids spent hours there. Oh, and they took care to arrange the soft toys of the kids nicely and even left a handwritten note. Nice touch, team. If you're a die hard Marriott Bonvoy member and need to rack up room nights, sure, stay here. Otherwise, other properties may give you a better experience - no fault at all to the staff at Sheraton. They're making the best out of the old buildings they were given to manage.

Its time to renovate man, the rooms look old and as for the door wood already need to get change also there is no door bell ☺️ the service so far so good, they even bother to call just for asking how is our room ? Is there anything they can help with the room. The television so big it is nice. The beach so clean. The most important is to make it into modern minimalist room man. Time changes so make it changed too

We loved staying here as a family and will for sure go back. It was just for 2 nights and for such a short stay there was no need to leave the resort. The beach was nice and clean and so relaxing. Add to this the spa right at the beach was incredible. Nothing beats getting a massage while listening to the waves roll in and out. Fantastic. The sunsets are amazing with the purple skies. You can sit and stare out at the boats bobbing up and down with the tide for hours. The food from the 2 poolside restaurants is amazing. Very well prepared. Excellent staff and such friendly service. I highly recommend this destination.

Recently stayed here with my wife for five days and enjoyed the entire experience. The hotel is situated on the beach and reasonably quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The food was ok, the staff however as you come to expect from Indonesians were polite, friendly, amiable and easy to get on with. There were boat trips on your doorstep and beach walks along clean uncluttered beaches. The breakfasts were accompanied by the incredibly talented Hartono on the piano who when asked knew off by heart all the Beatles songs asked of him. The stay was really good and wouldn't hesitate in returning, however the hotel is in much need of some TLC and redecoration. Thank you all at the Sheraton for making this last week a hugely enjoyable experience..(Kim Wheeler)

Respect and humility, unfortunately some guests and reviewers lack this. My stay (7 days) was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Pool area beautiful and well maintained. The staff...what and how can I put it into words: Whether it was upper management, the night watchman, room service or the gardener...there wasn't even a bad experience and lots of great conversations (oh yes it's not just employees, that are people with many stories). I personally can't understand the review about the unsightly beach, it's constantly being cleaned, the problem isn't with the hotel and Indonesia is working on it. Once again, expectations and possibilities come together here. Respect and modesty ;-)

The staff is nice and polite, food was great, but the room looked like it needed renovation. Talking about the room, the corner of the shower looked like it was rotting away, the doors in the inside of the cupboard - there were yellow stains. At evening, there were moths everywhere on the outside of hotel room doors. But overall, it's a good stay.

I am glad Google Map allows us to share our feedback and memories on where we have visited or stayed. We came here before the pandemic and these photos were taken when we had dinner before we left. The whole experience is awesome. Sheraton is a 5-star service rating with the soft spoken Indonesians that puts everything in its right place. We had a blast on our stay and meals as well as everything else. I regret not to take enough photos to show how good it is. My son simply told me to enjoy the moment and to use my eyes to see instead of camera. I agreed! This a nice place even you simply come for a quick bite. You just gotta try it.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton and I have to say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. The resort is located in a stunning location, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and the ocean. The grounds are immaculately maintained and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, from hiking and biking to swimming and lounging on the beach. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had no trouble getting a good night's rest. The bathroom was also spacious and had all the amenities I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The resort has several dining options, all of which serve delicious dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. The chefs are clearly talented and put a lot of care and attention into each dish. But what really set this resort apart was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, accommodating, and eager to help make my stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest and that feeling only grew stronger as my stay went on. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation. The combination of stunning scenery, delicious food, and exceptional service make this resort a true gem. Five stars!

Generally a good place to stay. The room was spacious and had a good terrace. The location is good and the beach is nice. The beach restaurant is ok although the staff cannot manage if it gets busy. The pool is very nice.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Asri at the reception was a star, making my rescheduling and check-in smooth and effortless! The breakfast was delicious and very impressed as the menu changes on daily basis! There is a gelato and wine shop on the premises and the staff can serve the gelato at anytime. This beachfront hotel is highly recommended for stays at the Senggigi Beach!

Overall the experience was fantastic. The beach, views, sunset, facilities, ambience are great. The service of all staff was exceptional, friendly and attentive. However the room was a bit of a letdown. It's comfortable and spacious but very outdated. The shower is like a dungeon. I would definitely return here on my next visit to Lombok.

We stayed here as a family of four for 3 nights. The hotel itself is slightly dated however what made up for it is the impeccable service and cleanliness of the resort. Some of the highlights were the pool slide, the amazing food and drinks, my kids were very happy with the fish feeding. The spa was professional and right on the beach. The location is beautiful with a private clean beach, that was well patrolled from the local sellers. The location is good to some delicious restaurants if you fancy a change. We will defo recommend and looking forward to booking our next visit. Thank you to everyone for making our trip very special and relaxing

This is an older hotel but they make up for this with exceptional service. All staff went above and beyond to look after us (including our 3 kids). Buffet breakfast was delicious and the location is great. Thank you to Tamara and the team at Sheraton for a wonderful week.

Overall was good to stay .. but there's flying flies in the restaurant and their quality of food wasnt good.. we make a gathering in here, some of participant getting diarrhea after consuming their food... The management of hotel should be increasing for quality control

The drive from the new Praya Airport is madness, so far from the previous Mataram Airport which makes this place really hard to reach. The only Marriott property on Lombok island. This beachfront property is definitely showing it's age now. Checked in as Platinum elite and received a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. Room is acceptable. It is clean and we'll taken care of. However there is a certain smell in the washroom that wouldn't go away. Breakfast has a good spread. We had lunch and a buffet dinner on the property which was good, but not fantastic since the prices were quite low. Very good pool, great for families and kids. Hotel has direct access to the beach. Basic gym facilities.

It is one of the best hotels in Senggigi Lombok. Best scenery, you can see beautiful sunset here. Excellent service, good resto. The room was quite outdated, and the wood parquet was so noisy when I stepped on it, anyway, the room was clean and well maintained.

Stunning hotel, the sunset views are breathtaking and the pool-to-beachside with different restaurant options is excellent. The service is excellent, everyone was so lovely and we had such nice chats with all the staff. Our last breakfast had live piano (with some of my favourite songs) which I loved.

I had a really lovely stay for 5 nights. The location was great (close to town, right on the beach), absolutely loved the gardens and pool, the food was beautiful (great breakfast buffet with changing menu), restaurant and room service (typical hotel/resort prices) and staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. While the rooms were nice with clean sheets, comfy bed and good layout I think the bathrooms let them down. Tired and old and not super clean. This hotel has been around since the 90’s and it shows. Senggigi as a whole needs a refresh. Overall, a great hotel for families and relaxing comfy place to spend some time but not sure it can still be classed at 5 stars.

We were there from 21/2 - 24/2Great staffs from front desk, waitresses to housekeeping. They know you by name, they know your room number as well. Superbly trained. Best breakfast I’ve had for years. Spread is good but importantly the quality and taste of the food is excellent. The main Chef Zaenal and his team did an outstanding job. My favourite counter was the waffle, pancake & crepe counter. Lady mending the counter makes sure every piece she made came out in perfection . Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thank you Sheraton Lombok.

Overall very nice place, but the room was outdated, especially the bathroom. There were no elevator at the hotel, so the kids stroller had to be carried in the stairs. Great pool with a slide for the kids.

This hotel is 3 star at best and the room standard and hotel quality is very old and outdated, a lot of things are broken like the door to the gym for example and there is a lot of lizards and insects around the property including inside the room itself which is very old and a lot of the old furniture is broken and overall doesn't feel at all comfortable. I tried to speak to the hotel manager but they was not interested at all. avoid this hotel and I ended up paying extra and moving to Katamaran resort which is actually similar room price but is actually 5 star and excellent. This hotel is a shambles, dirty beach, etc I could go on and on. Even the locals agreed this was not a good hotel need I say anything more?

Great resort. The grounds are immaculate. There is a wide selection of food and drinks available and the service was outstanding - nothing was ever a problem. They helped us organise a day out snorkelling to the island, which was a real highlight. I'd highly recommend for its central location, and for a great time lounging by the pool it drinking at the pool bar.

I think the aircon in my room is broken because I got sweaty in the middle of the night even though I set the aircon at 21℃. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

We had a wonderful stay despite a false start (our booking couldn't be found as some wholesaler had screwed up down the chain from our travel agent). The staff tried hard to locate us the day following being walked to another hotel and were able to track us down. The room was A+ as expected of a 5-star hotel and the beach was incredible. We (knowingly) spent WAY too much on food as it was just so good. Try the vegan burger on Friday nights, it's amazing. We stayed while a corporate training event was being held, and the staff kindly notified us about what was going on, and the expected timeframes, all without disrupting our stay. You pay for quality, and you get quality.

We had the best experience at Sheraton Sengigi. The resort is lovely, with an amazing pool. Our kids spent many happy hours going up and down the water slide. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had an array of choices. But what made this the absolute best was the kind, considerate and accommodating staff. We had to leave a night early as our flights got moved and the reception staff was so helpful. Sorting out our bill, which was quite long and complicated. So patient. And they did it without complaint. Special thanks to them. I would recommend this property a 100 times over.

Nice place to pleasure, relaxing. They have a private beach. Good buildings and a nice restaurant place. Small lack when enjoying sunset because of view-blocked by cliff. Overall, nice place to spending the time with familiy, friends, or couple

The staff is super friendly and tries his best. Some of them speak english realy well and are happy to communicate with their guests. Much appreciated. The Spa is great and the breakfast buffet as well. The breakfast area might need a repainting/refreshment to look a bit more invitating. The rooms are good and spaceious. The bathrooms are rather old (not the standard i know from other sheraton hotels). The beach is nice and next door are some more good restaurants and an art market. I complained after the first two nights that my room was super loud as in the backyard is something like a dance school or so. They were super friendly and even upgraded me for free to have a more quite room. BUT they had a big event so the hotel restaurants werent available all the time for the other guests and the music was so loud i even heard it when i was in my room watching a movie with earphones in. Defenetly not five star level...people book a good hotel to have it more quite...if its that loud i also can book a hostel it might be the same... And it wasnt just one night it were several...its sad as the location and the hotel could be a really good place to relax and enjoy the time off. Hope they gonna improve that in the future.

Comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, nice staff, but they need to make some renovations for toilet/bathroom, it doesn't look 5 stars hotel. The whole was great

Refreshing Travellers Resort... This hotel has many spot for you (and your mate/children) to "keep the distance" with others during pandemic. Almost all facitities are design to be open air. First eye catch is small, but once you've entered the lobby, you can even get lost (not really so). Lobby: quite spacious, without walls on front and back side. Has many sitting area, you can pick from comfy couch to wooden ones. Reception desk is highly respond with order of course. Staff are enough. Rooms: old room but cleaned well. Open air, great view, Please pay att to the top floor where mice might strooling around at the roof. Restaurant: not much choice. Flies scatters around the fruits. Very pricey. Should make difference for local tourist so it will become affordable. Pools: needs standing showers will complete the play pool area.

Pros: - the breakfast was super great. In love with their cappucino came with latte art and the taste were superb! - the beach is behind the resort near swimming pool - swimming pool was soo luxury - the garden was soo lovely - the have balcony for every room Cons: - the interior was so old. Hope they renovate it soon - there were bugs keep coming into the room.

As were apt to say on Oz, "Bloody Brilliant". Sheraton Senggigi Beach never disappoints, it just keeps on surprising. Lovely, warm, friendly and sincere staff. Top accolades to the breakfast Chef. It's hard to walk away "from breakfast", especially when Pa Hartono is "filling the soul", tickling the ivories with his magic fingers, while we're "filling our tanks" for the day, with the fabulous Indonesian and Western selections. Rooms are serviced impeccably, and no request is too much trouble. Thanks to all for making this visit so enjoyable, and we'll see you again soon!

The Sheraton Senggigi is rated as 5 Star for good reasons. The location is splendid, staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities and amenities are excellent. You can be sure to enjoy a very pleasant stay or vacation. The bathroom has been mostly renovated except the shower which shows some flaws in some rooms. If you need support the staff will support you.

Located near central senggigi, big old hotel but still has its charm as five star resort in marriott chain, lots of green area, big swimming pool, direct access to beach, nice resto/bar with sunset view, lots of bench around pool and beach for everyone to enjoy the day, hopefully they renovate this old charming lady πŸ™‚

We stayed here during pandemic, beautiful resort and only few guests staying. For family with children the pool is a plus. Breakfast alacarte but still you have plenty options of food and drinks without restrictions.

Nice view. Nice staff. Nice and clean restroom. I especially love the pool, artistic, clean, with giant stone head slide. The food a bit salty tough, and they didn't warm the bread. And the sunset is blocked by the Senggigi view cliff.

Large room, beautiful view and have a direct access to the beach. They don’t have breakfast buffet during pandemic, but they have various delicious set menu that I can choose everyday. And it’s more than enough. A great place for Holiday!!!
