I was very happy staying here. The gardens were nice, it was quiet at night, rooms were clean and well furnished. The breakfast was okay. The room service Indonesian food was really yummy. Variety of TV channels was good. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. My only complaint was that the really long pool out the front of the rooms did not have any stairs to get in and out.

Hotel is located very well. Markets, restaurants and the Beach are nearby. Most tours will start directly from the hotel due to its location. Thee big pool is stunning. Starts at 50cm depth and ends at 160cm. The small one is 140cm deep, beside a small area at the side. The wooden flooring around the pools could need a little work.. Hotel staff is very friendly and greets you with a smile. The rooms (dahlia double in our case) are big enough and have everything you need. Breakfast and meal options are good, but keep in mind there is no breakfast buffet. All in All this hotel is a very nice place to stay in lombok!

Staff welcoming. Great large rooms. Swimmingpool and great views on nature. Overall satisfying, I will come back if staying in the area. Indonesian breakfast and some western version of continental breakfast too.

This place has a lot of potential but there are a lot of things that need improving on. To start with the positives, the two pools and common areas are absolutely stunning and kept very clean. It’s very quiet and offers a relaxing vibe, yet there is easy access to the beach, restaurant and bars (10-15 minutes walk). The rooms are spacious, clean-ish and the beds are extremely comfortable. AC could be better, but we’ve had much worse during our time in Indonesia. The TV cannot be used. There is no cable TV, it instead logs into some smart tv account, but as soon as you play 20 seconds of anything, it tells you need to pay for a subscription. We had issues with the bathroom. I lost count of the amount of cockroaches we found in there. The bathroom does have really hot water, but the pipes were more often than not extremely smelly. Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing to say the least. It’s nice that they offer coffee, juice and fruit with it, but the food itself was below standard… we tried almost all egg-based options and I would not recommend any of them. Maybe stick to the waffles or nasi goreng. Bear in mind, there is no option to put a do not disturb/no room cleaning sign. They came to clean our room and moved stuff around on the first day during the 20 minutes we were gone for breakfast, we hadn’t put our valuables in the safe yet and we didn’t appreciate it… just something to keep in mind.

The place was lovely. Was only there a short time so didn't manage to look around much. Only down side is, the rooms were a bit rundown. Hope they can upgrade it to look better in rooms as well.

Room was neat, food was great, easily accessible from the beach although not in the beach, separated by the road. WiFi could be a problem sometimes, and the staff weren't quite responsive about it

Special thanks: They kept and sent my wife's watch which was accidentally left behind, really appreciated. Pros: + This place should be 5 stars + Has a couple of pools, near resto, In front of rooms and others + Natural and refreshing + XL Axiata 4G speed test: up to 50Mbps + Got very good family room for discounted price Cons: - as for this date (2022-05-06), was in process of reviving from earthquake & COVID-19. Sure it will need some times for maximum level of service. Interesting things: # saw a monkey (not ape, since it has long tail) come from the surrounding forest, and playing around at the an empty room. I guess it was a kind of 'sooty mangabey', pure shiny black with long tail and the tip like lion's, and has long fur at its face. Not sure what species was that. Unfortunately didn't catch it in camera.

Good location, cosy villas Amazing staff Staff are extremely polite, friendly, respectful and helpful One downside for us was that there were lizards and Gecko's in the villa, but they are everywhere in lombok But the staff are always there to come and remove them from the villa

Absolutely beautiful place to stay at. Wife and I were honeymooning and stayed here. The receptionist was quite welcoming. Although the kitchen and the pool was closed, it's understandable because of Corona and maintenance costs. However it is a short walk to the beach. Our Villa had a private pool that was well kept and the place was sparkling clean.

This is a very good little resort. Don't expect very fancy rooms. They're not. But they are clean and comfortable. The location (for Senggigi) is good but I have to say, Senggigi is a little dull after 2 days: there's not much there and the beach is rubbish. There are a few good bars and restaurants but you soon get a little bored if you stay more than a few days. My friend and I stayed a week. The staff are very nice and friendly. The resort I get beautiful. I really liked the long infinity pool outside our room. The breakfast (cooked to order) is pretty good. I would say their Eggs Benedict is the best on the menu but don't expect it to be like back at home. Also get a plate of fruit and bottomless coffee/tea. We hired a bike from the hotel for 2 days (70,000) and that was nice. At least we were able to escape the mundanity of Senggigi. If you are staying in Senggigi, this place is a good choice.

The overall experience was good. Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is decent and the staff is helpful. The rooms and the area could be a bit better maintained but let's be honest, when you're paying $40 per night, you can't expect 5 star facilities, and I don't understand people that are complaining so much.

The website advertised a number of facilities that are actually not included in the hotel. When we let the manager know, rather than giving a solution, he told us there was nothing wrong with that, he managed the place for a long time and he never had a problem. Very poor customer service and false advertising in website. Would never come back and I would recommend everyone to do the same.
