The hotel has modern building. There are mini market around and some restaurants and cafes. They provide a water jug in every room and dispenser in every hallway. I think it's good to help our environment better.

This trip is our first time trip visiting Lombok, short trip just 3D2N. This hotel makes us happy and satisfied after 1N stayed at terrible hotel based on my driver recommendation. Then we found this hotel. And removed our disappointment. Finally we feel alive again. We also ordered some food, and all the food are delicious. The room are clean and spacious also smell nice. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Their customer services excellent and they do above and beyond. Good job Aruna, please keep your service 👍 Thank you for your great services. We definitely will come back when we visiting Lombok in the future. 🙏

I visit but did not stay here. Sorry for the lack of photos. The lobby and pool are very nice.😃 I was mostly at the beach ⛱️. Live music 🎶. Beach bar. Chairs, but not on the sand.

Aruna hotel was very impressive when I stayed there. The rooms are clean, the service on arrival is very friendly and polite. the food at breakfast is a lot and the taste never lies, when drinking coffee they provide typical lombok coffee. the point is that the Aruna Senggigi hotel is the best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aruna Hotel and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and to my delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded at no additional cost. This unexpected gesture set the tone for the rest of my stay. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by the spacious room, but what truly set this hotel apart was the size of the bed that were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family. We were able to enjoy a restful night's sleep without feeling cramped. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff continued to impress me with their service. The housekeeping team ensured that my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. While the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near many eateries and supermarket.

This place is just amazing! Highest quality and nice environment. Very relaxing and staff were really respectful. Breakfast is okay and landscaping is nice.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the balcony. And I really liked the hot water shower. The food was decent and there was a lot of open air sitting area. One star down for the service because they didn't provide umbrella for the guest to reach the parking area while rainy season is coming and I didn't get clean towel though I had put the towel down on the floor as instructed, they just hung it back.

This hotel is located close to Senggigi beach. The service is good, the staff are friendly. The facilities are complete, with a swimming pool and gym. The room is spacious and clean, but the walls can be penetrated by sound. It has a large backyard, with a jogging track, which offers views of the west side of the Rinjani mountains

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and It was fantastic! Love the room. It's clean, spacious, modern, and neat. The surroundings are awesome too. They have a nice pool, but if you want to go to the beach, it is just across the street. Fancy for Gili Trawangan? It's around 30 minutes by car. What can be improved is the taste of their meals. Still taste good btw, and they have various foods too, it's just the hotel itself sets the bar high.

Beautiful resort, the beach is not clean and is across the road. There are not many food menus available here. strategic location

7 years old hotel.. quite new... have their own private beach... really good live music at the rooftop cafe .. a lot of multinational tourist vibes.. similar like seminyak bali. there's an affordable italian restaurant nearby (pasta pojok) with authentic italian taste..

Nice rooms for the price. Staff are friendly. The pool is clean, just across the road from the beach. They also have some water activities jet ski banana boat.

AMAZING! Rooms are big and clean. There is live music in the terrace and is nice to get a drink there. Hotel on the beach. I would definitely choose this hotel again

I stayed for two nights. Everything was great for the first couple hours, but after my afternoon walk I found a RAT in the room. I called the front desk, and they sent in an Engineer to deal with the RAT, he flipped the room but the RAT still got away. They offered to switch the room and I got a new room (same type) across the old one. Apart from the pest problem I encountered, everything was good. The deluxe type room was spacious, loved the interior, food was okay, the location was great, cleanliness could be improved though and I'd be great if the hotel could address the pest problem more attentively.

This is really a nice hotel to stay - the rooms are very comfortable. My only issue with it is that they organized a dance party in front of the hotel with super loud clubbing music. Even while staying on the other side of the hotel and with earplugs it was very loud. So take caution when booking and maybe inform about parties. Unless you're ready to join of course. :)

Wow. First class place with air conditioned gym, lovely dining areas with great food. Very open and spacious relaxing areas.

Best: its pool (because deep compared to most of hotels I stayed) Mediocre: its food (because no cappucino is available) Less favorable: its shower (vertical shower doesn't work) Overall: I had a good sleep.

Stay in Deluxe room, very good and comfort with sofa and balcony. Make sure to ask for sea view, otherwise you will get the garden view (Slide 1). I got another chance to "taste" The Suites and it's so OH MY GOD like a Private Villa 🤣 Located on the top floor, it offers very very great amount space of living room, dining room, kitchenete, and also terrace woth sofa and Bar!! Offcourse, SEA VIEW and right in front of local bar you can enjoy Live Music delivers right into this Suites! Very good place to stay and relax after a long hectic business day.

Service, 4.7 - 5 Placement 4.8 - 5 Rooms 5 - 5 Hygiene 5 - 5 Food 4.9 - 5 Service was nice since it's pretty fast Placement was strategic with the hotel being pretty close to the beaches Rooms were really nice due to the balcony and the extra bed/chair Hygiene was surprisingly good with the cleaning being fast and rarely missing a spot Food has a lot of options like cereal and tea and it's really good!

4 star hotel, clean and neat for sure. Suitable for business meeting and family staycation! The swimming pool is not big but it's pretty comfy for family to stay.
