She shared the culture of Lombok and recommended great places to visit. Must try: Curry chicken is one of the best and also sesame bread.

Maya and family and the staff are all great, the rooms are spacious and clean. You can see that she travell led because everything you need is in the room. If you need some thing they arrange it for you including a off the road motorcycle. They speek all very well english. The view and the pool are realy great. The food is excellent. Its really quiet at night. Too be short we will be back again one day.

And also offered several tour packages complete with vehicle facilities standard quality for convenience enjoyable comfortability for all well wishers tourist guest in their quest for better life for life away from home. We stopped here for a night after hiking Mt Rinjani. We used it as a stop before going to Lombok airport. On arrival we were greeted by the nicest people, who did everything to make us feel welcome. The room was large and comfortable, with the hotel facing out to a glorious sunset view. We stayed for dinner where we were treated to some nice food. The owner and her staff are brilliant and really do everything to make your stay as nice as it can be.

Love this place. Great value for money, nice rooms lovely setting and friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want.

We spend three perfect night at sunset Lavinia during summer. The location is on top of a hill so you can enjoy quiet and beautiful sunset. The place is very clean. We enjoyed to talk with the owner and her son and daughter at night. The staff is so nice. Breakfast is perfect. You can go to the beach by food but you need to take a taxi or motorbike to go the best places. We rented a motorbike at Lavinia and it was perfect (you can also ask for laundry). Perfect place for the price !

This is the best hotel we have been to while we spent our holidays in Bali and Lombok! The hosts and service people are extraordinary - welcoming, friendly and they help you with every concern or issue you could have. You feel as if you spend time with cherished family! There is a small choice of breakfast but the dishes are generous. The rooms are quiet, super tidy and clean plus spacious. In general, the compounds are beautiful and the view from the terrace to the ocean and the mountains at Bali is breathtaking! Highly recommended, we will definately come back - such a lovely, beautiful place!

This Villa has a beautiful views from the room and swimming pool. The owner of this Villa is very kind, friendly and cheerful. They serve some delicious meals as well. It is really wonderful. It's recommended to be visited

Quiet little paradise not too far from Senggigi activities. Maya takes great care of making sure you feel like home.

They only had a five rooms, but very nice sea view!! The Restaurant also nice place to hanging around to have some drinks and can enjoy the view.

I love the view from the hotel. It is the most beautiful in Lombok. You can see the Vulcano in Bali, palm trees around, very green! Safe for children. Great swimming pool! We rent the car, drove around oll the beautiful besches here and Kuta, waterfall and had very nice holiday here! Thank for nise advise, Maya! Will be back in this imazing place! Service 5 stars!!!

We stayed here for 2nights and absolutely loved our stay here. The owner and all the staff were so friendly. The views were beautiful and you can see Gunung Agung in the background too. Very clean in the rooms and everywhere. Coffee and tea facilities in the room with bottled water and bananas provided free everyday! Must see the sunset from all the advantage points. Its nice and peaceful and away from the busy road. Only 5min taxi ride ($2) to senggigi. Perfect place for couples too. We would definitely visit again.

Very nice hotel. Only a small amount of rooms, but this is the concept. Feel like in an own mediteran/tropical villa. Great view over the green palm garden of lombok. The rooms are clean, beautiful arranged and designed with love to the detail. The female owner always tries to improve it for the happiness of the guests. Very kind and helpful staff around. You can also have a fresh cooked diner there and if you are happy you can see the sunset with the bali volcano and the sea as a romantic scenery.
