Cannot
recommend.
We
booked
based
on
very
high
scores
on
several
online
platforms,
and
were
quite
disappointed.
Service
erratic
(although
very
friendly
and
cordial),
we
had
to
ask
five
times
to
get
a
rack
for
drying
towels
on
the
balcony,
room
took
more
than
3
hours
to
be
ready
for
us
(meaning
we
could
not
check
in
until
3
pm)
and
was
still
not
correctly
set
up
for
4
people.
Location
somewhat
isolated
from
e.g.
alternative
eating
options
and
other
diversions,
although
in
a
beautiful
natural
setting
by
the
beach.
Importantly,
the
resort
restaurants
are
really
not
good.
The
breakfast
and
lunch
restaurant
is
decidedly
poor
for
a
hotel
of
this
standard.
Dinner
restaurant
better,
but
inconsistent
with
some
wild
misses
which
I
don't
expect
at
these
prices,
including
what
resulted
in
apparent
food
poisoning
for
one
of
us.
Both
wildly
overpriced
compared
to
anything
else
we
tried
after
travelling
extensively
in
Indonesia,
including
other
places
on
Lombok.
Breakfast
was
way
worse
than
most
of
the
much
cheaper
places
we
stayed
during
the
trip,
and
definitely
not
up
to
5
star
standards.
In
my
opinion
the
resort
overall
did
not
live
up
to
its
price
tag
by
any
means.
Staff
very
friendly
and
trying
to
be
helpful,
but
they
seem
to
be
constrained
by
a
sub-par
setup.
The
poor
eating
options
and
somewhat
erratic
service
end
up
weighing
heavily
in
the
overall
experience,
given
that
this
resort
is
in
the
five
star
price
and
ambition
range.
