Absolutely amazing rooms with a view to die for, great staff and attentive. My new go to place when staying in Lombok

The staff here are amazing and the views incredible. The staff really when out of their way to help us. From helping us make an online purchase ahead of our arrival to speaking with the ferry company to clear up confusions with our booking. Every morning and evening was a treat to watch the sunrise and sunset from our bed, private balcony, or the pool. The minibar was priced like the shops so having a Bintang was easy. Breakfast was generously portioned and tasty. We opted to order a takeaway for dinner to try out more unique local options and the staff kindly set out placemats and cutlery for us. We’d really enjoyed our stay!

We checked in and checked straight out again because the very old looking airconditioner in the main bedroom was not working. Beautiful views, no doubt about that but far from restaurants so you'd have to catch a taxi to dine out. The menu there was extremely limited. Rooms very annoying to lock with keys needed for every door. No AC at all in the bathroom. Pool area rather hot and glary and pool rather small and a little cloudy. Waiting for full refund.

Absolutely fantastic. Incredible stay from start to finish. The staff are so amazingly lovely. So kind and helpful and will do anything for you. The owner is so lovely and nice. They made our Christmas away from home outstanding. It was like a home away from home. The amazing dinner by the pool. The decorations in the room. Honestly I have never had such an amazing experience in a hotel. I would stay again and again and again. So highly recommended it's unbelievable. Stay and you will not be disappointed. That not even to mention the incredible views from the window pool, any area of the jotel have outstanding views. You cannot get better.

I have stayed here several times and I’m happy to say each time has been equally enjoyable . . . The views are magnificent and I was lucky enough to see Mount Agung erupt from my balcony. . . Fingers crossed we will be returning in the new year 😎

Brilliant! Room is clean and fresh, staff are friendly and speak amazing english. Pool is clean, highly recommended. 👌 The view is dumbfoundly beyond your expectations!

This place is stunning. The view is to die for, the rooms are spacious, tasteful and clean. It is set atop a beautiful hill away from the main road and noise, but accessable in a few minutes. It's a Perfect retreat close to town (bike, scooter or car not walking) Staff are brilliant!

I am giving 5* because of the staff, who are all very very friendly! The place itself and facilities I would rate 4* simply because it’s slightly “older” furniture / facilities and the food is average. The breakfast is so so, coffee is instant (I couldn’t drink it) - some of the food is very good (chicken rendang) even though nothing too special. I think these things wouldn’t matter too much but given the location is up in the hills away from restaurants etc you are kind of bound to having food there, at least a few times. All in all a very nice place though, with an amazing view and a nice pool!

Staff were great. view was fantastic. Room was very bad. I simply cant recommend it to anyone.

I cannot applaud enough the staff, service, premises and location of this fantastic facility. I was made to feel at home tight off the bat, the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble so you can relax at the infinity pool while feasting your eyes on the magnificent My Agung as a back drop. Simply stunning
